The movement and shooting are good, you can have fun, but the game is still very raw, a few more hours of work and I believe it would be a great game

Thanks for the feedback, I intend to do the sound design, along with adding particles and other things to improve the game in version v0.3

Your game is very good, it's well made, and well polished, if there are more updates adding more types of obstacles, like one that you need to lower (like a lava ball), and some powerups, it will be very good

Thanks

Thank you, I didn't have time to compose specific music for the game, but in the future I will make a Lo-fi volcano

Thank you, it's funny because I don't really like casual games, but I realized that I like doing them haha

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it

kkkkk ficou muito bom po, comecei a pouco tempo tbm

Thank you, I wish you good luck on your gamedev journey, over time you will learn to improve projects 🙂

I really liked it, the Atari vibe was very good, the concept of the game too, a good implementation of a short metroidvania, with powerups that change the gameplay. but the movement wasn't that good, I missed a "coyote time" in the jump, and when I picked up the glider it became more difficult to control. In the flying part, I got stuck in the two parallel spikes and couldn't get through. Overall it's a very good game, a little more polishing will be perfect.

Very good, it innovated a little in the concept of escaping from lava, everything is very fluid, and the movement with the hook is really cool, the level design is also good. It's very polished and fun

Just listen to the music and watch the city burn 🔥 🔥

Thanks, Yes, I plan to bring the sound design in v0.3, along with some additions, like a rain cloud to add challenge, and some new buildings/powerups

Thanks, This is actually a bug hahaha, but since it's cool to spam lava balls, I left it in the game, I'll fix it in future updates.

Thanks

The gameplay is fluid and very fun, it's a calm game great for having fun. Just the lava that doesn't look like much lava and doesn't pose as much danger, otherwise the game is pretty cool

The idea is very good, and the application too, the controls are good, I have nothing to complain about

Obrigado, vi os seus jogos, são bem legais, gostei do Osaco Last Stand kkkkk

This was the game that I had the most fun playing from Gamejam, it was really good, the fact that you are running away from the water and there is no lava makes the game very unique, but the icing on the cake is the mechanic of using the erased bodies as an aid in phase, it works really well and everything was well thought out. The only thing that bothered me was the jumping, but this is compensated by the fact that you can use your bodies to reach places you couldn't reach.

The idea of the game is good, it has a lot of potential for something cool, but it was not well implemented, it has common mistakes from a beginner developer or short production time, but it is something that you will improve in the future, the controls work well, but the Movement is not well polished, making it very difficult to jump on platforms, and some jumps are almost impossible to get right. The way lava fills the map makes it impossible to complete the game if you're not extremely fast at the start.

Some things to help you improve the game or future projects:

Add coyote time (This will greatly improve jumping, and will allow for better precision and control of the character)

Adding double jump (this is something that, if used well, greatly enriches platform games, allowing you to create more elaborate platforms)

Because it is an hourglass, the lava can flow from the top to the bottom (this would differentiate the game from several others where the lava starts from the bottom to the top) the lava could flow through the corners of the hourglass and fill it.

The concept of the game is very good and has a lot of potential if better worked on, but it is not well implemented, there are things missing that with another 4-6 hours of development would be good

The game is really fun, it reminds me of flash games, it's something that with the right mechanics I could play for hours. Something that would improve the game would be to leave it with a single phase (Survival) with hordes of enemies instead of different phases. Having defense buildings or buildings that provide more fire would be cool too

It's simple, calm and a lot of fun, everything works exactly as intended. Adding more things will make a very good game

The game is very fun, challenging, and the concept is very good, but I found it very punishing, as it takes a long time to recharge the lava, and the shots consume lava, making it necessary to spend a lot of your HP to destroy a single enemy. I liked the power ups, if the store appears as soon as the player dies it will greatly improve the experience

Thanks 🌋

The whole game was well implemented, everything works well, and is fun, only the title is disconnected with the idea of the game, as it conveys the idea that it would be something about running, otherwise the game is excellent

The concept of the game is very good, and the application too, but I was very lost and it took me a while to understand how the game works, it's not very clear how things work, a tutorial would improve it a lot, otherwise the game is excellent, it has a lot of potential

Overall, the game is very fun to play, but the time available is very short for large stages. If you increase the time, it will improve a lot

let's burn everything

Relax while you burn everything

Thanks 🌋

Thanks, I used Corel Drawn to make the assets.

Thanks for playing 🙂, I made some updates to the game, improving the gameplay and other aspects, take a look

Thanks for playing 🙂, it really lacks some gameplay elements that I couldn't add due to tiredness/time. But in the future I intend to add a building that gains more heat when destroyed, and a mechanic for setting buildings on fire and some powerups.

Thanks
