im curious how you plan to like. assure continuity with how readers acted in the first book. i don't know how twine works in the slightest but i know that for some in-progress IFs authors will have a feature for getting to the latest update by essentially getting the choices without the dialogue, and so i'm half expecting that's how you'll do it, but i feel like i've seen in certain places using a save file from the main IF to get all those info markers for like a side-story IF, and I know that's a lot more convenient for the reader, though i assume its much more tedious/difficult for the author. which is all to say, i'm eager to continue the story see what you write!

CoE is up to ch8 for the free demo, but through patreon (and probably other methods, but i don't rember :3) theres partway through ch12. author actually just updated that she's finished the first draft of the rest of ch12 and is going to be doing some preliminary proofreading and potentially have demo out for patrons this weekend.
also love TAS, though superstition wasn't to my taste :3c
ran into what feels like a bug/error (using a save from before chapter 10 so that might be the source of it). conversation with thianne away from az'lean and it seems like thianne was supposed to say something to az'lean afterwards but it got cut out for whatever reason. i have a save file but i don't know where would be the best place to get it to you, and again it may just be that the update broke my previous save
Im a totally normal amount of excited for Ch 6 I promise :3
Anyways, I swear Emre had a different name last time I played but now I cannot for the life of me remember what it was. Began with an L I think? I'm curious why you changed it but Emre is a good name too :3
Edit: a whole minute later I remembered that it was Lakota. gotta love my brain being so helpful :,3
I’m so excited for Ch 14, this story quickly became one of my favorite IFs and I can’t wait for my Crown and Rozerîn to continue being too unused to affection together :3. I’m very excited to nerd out for everything you give us. I hope you take your time and stay healthy, it would be tragic if you had to leave this unfinished.
found a broken page. turn 185, decided to leave dinner with sam and willem, then decided to say goodbye to sam. three separate error messages, including for going to the next page
Error: cannot find a closing tag for macro <<if>>Uncle Callen joins in. "She's just a bit tired, Sam. S'been a long day for the lass, y'see. Even before meetin' you out in the forest, I had 'er trainin' for a good hour."
Error: child tag <<else>> was found outside of a call to its parent macro <<if>>Aunt Sonia comes to your rescue. "Isabel's had a bit of an arduous day. I had her swinging a sword around for about an hour before she even came and met you, you know." She explains. His expression shifts to show understanding, and a little bit of shame for being so disappointed initially. "Oh! Right ... well," he looks back at you, now smiling, "I hope you sleep good, then!" "Thanks..." You smile sheepishly. "See you later, Isabel." The boy smiles, giving a flappy wave.
Error: <<if>>: bad conditional expression in <<if>> clause: unexpected token: string literalI adore Rozerîn, I cannot wait to see where the story goes with her. I'm also just generally in love with the entire story, I love the whole political system, I love the incorporation of magic, I love it all. Welat can die in a ditch though.
I had initially assumed that 'middle-eastern' meant Arabic (I am a dumb American, despite my best efforts), so I was pleasantly surprised to see that you in fact meant Kurdish. I know little of Kurdish culture and history, but I am absolutely interested in learning more (so if you have any recommendations of places to look for more I would love to hear them).

I love the inclusion of cuneiform when R's mental wards get eaten. I couldn't find anything conclusive on what the cuneiform translated as, but it nonetheless activated all of the history nerd in me.
im looking at the walkthrough info for the What If God Was One of Us? quest and it says i need to use push on an already cracked wall if im there at night but i don't see anything that would qualify
edit: i believe the broken wall is on one of the terraces before you reach the building, it seems like one of the residents stands there during the day, thus blocking it
agreed. while the corruptions stuff is nice sometimes imo, there is a noticeable lack of other genres. a suggestion if you (or anyone else reading this) want a game similar(ish) to what edgefield seems to plan on being would be Course of Temptation by anthaum. its text-based with the only images being the map areas iirc, but its got a lot of character creation options and its also MC going to college and doing whatever you want them to do.
overall, its promising. had a few generally small complaints that involve things that i imagine (and hope) are only interim/placeholder solutions (e.g., only one actual 'sprite' for each character, complete lack of wardrobe changes, etc). i am somewhat concerned about the wording of "trans (femboy)" tag, because ultimately being a femboy and being trans are two separate things. especially as a trans woman this is concerning because there is some conflation of trans women and femboys by a not-insignificant number of people on the internet. still, im excited to see where the game goes and what sort of debauchery i can get the main character to engage in. :3
could be good if the mechanics were completely reworked. the rhythm game gets stupidly fast stupidly quick and in the 4 or 5 times i tried it i couldn't get higher than bronze or so. similar story with the 'cleaning' minigame which just seems poorly executed in general. maybe i misinterpreted the tutorial bit but it seemed like i was supposed to avoid certain items and not only was there no way to tell if any items were supposed to be avoided but it was hard to tell if i was actually accomplishing anything. all that in conjunction with the multiplier for the hero progression never being more than 1 and only being able to get 2-3 hundred points per attempt means the 10,000 point goal feels absurd. still, the art is good and what story/character interaction i saw was fun. i'd like to enjoy it, but i just didn't.
i think i've been softlocked by orchid. very infrequent chance to struggle and when i do get to it seems to be a very low chance to succeed despite having 100 willpower and free soul activated
edit: okay i managed to break free, but really only because i found out that you don't get to struggle if you click through the scenes, and have to wait for the struggle button to light up. still took 5+ attempts to actually break free
so i got the quest and eventually Dan mentioned that Mira was at the highway, i went to tell Cass and the next step is "Meet Cass and ask around the highway if anyways has seen Mira" but i can't make any more progress, whenever i talk to Cass its just normal chatting. do you remember how to get past that point?
ive gotten the emerald galleon to go into the cave but whenever i talk to joanna about solving the ghost ship problem nothing happens? is there more that i need to do or is this all thats in the public build?
also in the parallel world i can't actually kill the cellshroom that velvetia wants to kill, and the barkeep tells me i need to stop time but i don't know how to do that
