there's no gameplay so there's nothing to rate on gameplay, this is more of a mechanic demo to test what could BECOME gameplay
still, it could work! it just needs a lot more to become a finished product
maybe the only thing i can somewhat complain about is controls, which i found a bit inconvenient, but overall this is a fantastic game idea that's executed perfectly, i thought of using time within a platforming setting as well but i think you did it way better with a much more interesting execution! 5 stars in every category except gameplay
i like the nature-inspired gameplay, i do wish it was a bit more varied though as for the most part i would keep doing the same thing over and over, sometimes this isn't a bad thing but i think the gameplay is too basic here to warrant that, i also think the colors aren't great and i didn't even realize at first that the ui is supposed to be ui, maybe that's my fault for not reading it but i guess the moral of game-dev is to make the player's life as easy as possible :@)
i do like the music and how it can evolve depending on the game's state!
btw, you should select the "resize display to fill windows size" and "fit inside (black bars)" options in the application's properties if you want to embed the game without clickteam's own interface, glad to see another fusion dev!
i made it about 5 checkpoints before giving up, but considering i ordinarily dislike precision platformers i think that means it's pretty well made! really cool mechanic that's easy to understand but hard to master, i also love how you used audio and how there was a simple rhythm element as well, so i think you deserve 5 stars in music
i'm not really into incremental games but i definitely enjoyed watching number go up, i loved how there was a little narrative as well, i gave it full stars in every category except music cuz i do feel you could've done more in that regard, maybe add some bgm or at least some buzzing sfx
but yes, i very much enjoyed becoming jeff beezos
hello fellow ouroboros creator
pretty good! admittedly not the first game i've seen with this concept this jam and i felt maybe too many of the early puzzles were too easy where the most straightforward solution was the correct one, so maybe more complexity should have been introduced earlier
still, very solid, and like everyone else who made an ouroboros-themed game, you get a 5 on creativity :@)
