Python is great for starting from zero, bus JS is a lot easier than you think to learn, and python is very slow and has a weird syntax.

Honestly, I would learn javascript first. It will give you basic programming knowledge and make engines like unity  and unreal much less confusing.

SCRATCH??? DID YOU JUST SAY SCRATCH!!!! SCRATCH HASN'T HAD A MAJOR UPDATE IN LIKE 10 YEARS AND DOESN'T COMPILE INTOJS- OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER! MY GRANDMA COULD BEAT ELDEN RING FASTER THAN SCRATCH COULD COMPLIE A LINE OF CODE.

sorry i have block coding PTSD

Yes, it can be complicated.  Do you have programming experience?

For beginners, I recommend unity. Much more viable for long term over RPG maker. But, RPG maker is much better for hobbyists.

Hello Shubham! I would love to team with you if possible.  I also have unity experience, and some small art/music experience. Please reach out to my on discord if you're interested (sniper61385).

I'm always glad to help a fellow dev :D

I will :D

I still remember my first time playing this game! It has come a long way, and it's very enjoyable.

Thanks for the encouragement! You've really helped me a lot :D!

No.

I appreciate you playing! Glad you like it :D

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed. And now I have to get to 31.

Even if it was just ammo. You could implement a mechanic where ammo is scarce, so you have to conserve it. If you do this, make sure to add a melee weapon.

Physics, settings, and loot. All very important. Make sure its not generic. Most FPS games are similar, make yours unique! Gook luck

I also might be making a mobile game soon. Good luck; it wont be easy. Remember to keep it simple.  :D

Thanks for testing it out :D

Any news? How is it going with you and your mom?

Do you have discord

GREAT!!! Pls dm me on discord: sniper61385

I'm a game dev who is looking to learn Godot and make a collaborative project with it. I have plenty of prior programming experience, in engines like unity and languages like HTML, JS, C++ so I will have no problem learning!

I appreciate that :D

That's not a bad idea! I'll think about it, but I'm not sure if it'll fit with the color scheme I chose.

I see myself! Wait a minute...

NEED MORE PICTURES!

Great! I really like the idea and style you went for. It's easy to learn, different every time, and very difficult.

I really appreciate that! This is only my 2nd big jam, and I would've definitely polished it if I could, but I had to focus on art and sound. Thanks again for the feedback,  I'll make sure to focus more on polishing next time :D

Thank you so much for the feedback! :D I'll try your game within the next few days.

Thanks for playing! Your feedback is very useful!

I appreciate you playing! Thanks for the feedback :D

Thank you! I understand there were some bugs, and I apologies for the experience. I spent a lot of time on them and still couldn't get far. I hope it was still ok though.

Thanks for playing! The times space bar tap determines your attack; you have to get the bar as close to the center as possible.

Thank you! I was very depressed when my team collapsed, one by one. I was coding 6+ hrs a day, but it was worth it.

Wow! One of the greatest indie games I've ever played. Everything has a sound, it has very unique mechanics, and the ps1 style if unmatched. The game tells a story with no words. The bosses are completely unbeatable (that's a good thing)! I'm sometimes know for finding rare and game-breaking bugs in games, and I'm happy to report that there were none to be found. This game is going places, and I'm sure of it! Is there a way I can reach out to you; I'd like to help market your game for free.

I appreciate the thoughtful feedback! I'd be glad to try your game :D

ok thanks

Can you send me a link? Glad you decided to make one!
