Awesome, thanks for the reply. It's the largest image file and the most complex right now, so I wonder if the game is just sometimes having a bit trouble with it in some cases.

Someone else is having this issue as well, so I know it's not on your end. The issue that I'm having is that I can't replicate the error so I don't know what's going on. I've tried running in the extracted version of the game, buying it through normal means and it shows up just fine, no problems. I tried importing the image again, so give it a try again with the newest version. A few questions; Are you able to meet the angel at the top of the mountain and have the image work fine? Are you on PC or another system? Are the other cards working?
The part where he's looking out over the cliff is the last bit of his story you can access now. He'll be a returning character who will show up in future updates though, so I'm glad you are interested in more of his story. You can gather crystals from three of the large crystal deposits in the cave. There is one orange one that doesn't supply any, this was a mistake on my part, so I'll fix that in the next patch, but you can still collect all the requisite crystals (you are correct, they are used at the summit). There is a large deposit of blue crystals at the top of the cave, far right, an orange deposit in the right middle across a bridge, and a purple deposit down a rope at the bottom left. Hope this helps.
Welp, I made one of the most dumb mistakes possible. A little look behind the curtain, I work on different areas ahead of time, so a fair amount of planned areas already exist in the game, but are hidden behind event switches. Initially, the old campus was going to be part of a later release but I decided it had enough content ready for the first release. When I play tested, however, I turn the switch on so I can explore more of the map, so I failed to realize my mistake. Sorry about that!
Hi all,
It seems like some people are hitting content limits and are confused about what to do next, so I’m going to do my best to cover the available content here.
Home Village:
- Read the book in your house.
- Look in Damien’s mirror.
- Go to sleep in Damien’s bed while drunk.
- Explore the well bottom. 3 possible enemies currently.
- get your fortune read.
- get drunk and play a drinking game with the local drunk.
- get drunk and sleep in the mayor’s bed.
- get really drunk and thrown into a cell to sleep it off.
- Complete Jay’s fetch quest (he gives hints where to find the scrolls) then talk to him again about his research to gain access to the university.
The University:
- Talk to the headmaster to enroll. There are three different options which will change your character class upon completion. Each class has a different build and combat style. You can pay a fee to the headmaster to take the other courses if you would like to reclassify. Note that all of the main classes play out differently and have different storylines.
- Supplemental classes are available in the two smaller classrooms. They mostly just provide lore, but there’s a little kink in there.
- Sign up for some work or to be tutored by talking to the librarian.
- Complete Xavier’s questline (last bit is getting his package. If you use the package before delivering it to him, you get a game over. Additionally, he’s planned to be a recurring character and while it’s not implemented now, choices you make with him will change later interactions.)
- Explore the old university under the building (3 enemies currently)
Some notes on content that isn’t available yet:
- When you see something for a summoning, this is usually going to be summoning an optional “Boss” to fight (though some are exceptions to this). Most areas with enemies will have these. Bosses are intended to be fought at the level cap of 10, and given that the current areas are meant to be explored at level 1-3, I felt it best not to worry about implementing those yet.
- You’ll definitely notice a few things in both maps, such as the gym, where you can’t do a ton yet. I plan on expanding upon these moving forward and I don’t consider any map complete at this point. Much of these questlines will need me to finish additional content first. As the game expands, I generally want to encourage players coming back to old areas.
Thanks for playing! I’m really glad people have been enjoying and I’m working hard on the next release. I’m always happy to answer questions!
Hi, so this is a bit of a complicated question to answer. Rpgmaker VX ace games won’t run on android natively, however, there are emulators that will allow you to play them with a bit more work on your part. This thread may be able to help you if you are interested but I’m not an expert in android. If you wanna try it and report back whether it worked or not, I’d appreciate that, but if you’d rather not, totally cool. Thanks for the interest in the game regardless!
Right now at the university you can complete a few quests. Mainly, Xavier’s quest, tutoring, and the jobs available in the library. Regarding the summoning things, those are going to be used for optional boss fights that become available after completing certain tasks. For now, they aren’t implemented since the intention is for those fights to generally require you to be around the max level of 10 and I think the fights would get repetitive if you were grinding up that high at this point.
Sorry about the doors, I have a tendency to build the shape of the buildings before adding doors which leads to this error sometimes. The mural issue is a really common thing in rpgmaker and it’s really hard to catch so thanks for pointing it out. I think Jay is supposed to say something there, but his path is pretty much over there for this release. Hope the immersion isn’t too much of a problem, I’ll work on solutions for the next release.
