The last in the list, but by far not the least. Thank you so much for this beauty

I want to come back and keep playing this over and over after the jam ends. All three of you did an amazing job. The writing and worldbuilding is genuinely impressive, I hope your work doesn't go unrecognised with a story as rich as this. The art was detailed and fantastical with such a beautiful style. And the music couldn't have matched the atmosphere of the game more. I often leave these Game Jam games wondering what the game would be like if the developers had more time. This one is already nothing short of a masterpiece in short text-based story games, and if given more than a week I would hope you'd use the extra time to treat yourself for a job well done.

the man is not happy the other man put the trash on the floor (it was yummy)

I tried out Ratisserie, thank you!

Really cute game, made me laugh, made me remember the names of cookies, made me take my time a bit with the movement controls which was weirdly relaxing for a mechanic meant to be frustrating. Just a nice time overall

You are a bulwark of courage in the face of insurmountable odds. This game is disturbingly beautiful. Some may say trash, but me? I say art.

I have never laughed so hard at a puzzle game maybe ever. Please keep doing what you're doing

I are did it. Thank you for sharing!

I sure did!

Short and sweet gameboy game with fun combat and fun puzzle. I am the most suspicious saviour of Biscotti Town and I am proud of it.

Thank you Itchio user Polybius. Remember to insert the link into the URL of your link so it can be clicked. Ignoring that though, I did like the game!

Nice and simple little maze puzzles. I love mechanics involving the physical size of the player so it's really nice to see some puzzles built around having to strategically almost starve to death. Very nice game

Kablooe

Nice and classic blackjack with a few extra tricks to spice it up. I managed to make it to X6 but having to specifically win 2 rounds with draws effectively counting as losses really held me back. That being said I did manage to get back to back spades jokers at one point so the luck balances itself out. Nice game!

Reading the description scared me just a little but after playing the game I got the vibe of a retro game with an instruction booklet and I think it'd be fun to lean into that

I hope you stick with this after the jam because I'd love to see where this goes. The game is confusing at first sure, I never actually figured out which way I was facing. But it very quickly became akin to the classic Atari games that you just can't put down. I think I got to about 60 health before missing a very critical shot and losing it all but the big risks and big payoffs are what make it so fun and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I will come back to this one as for whatever reason I'm getting a suspicious file warning that I do not have the energy to resolve at the moment. Thank you for sharing though! (Also I should have warned in the main post but I am dreadful with horror, apologies if I cannot appreciate your game as much as it deserves)

Unfortunately I can only rate each game once. I would give you 2 if I could though, this looks interesting

I'd give everyone a shot if I had the time but 2000+ submissions is a bit too much. Thanks for sharing it here!

Very addicting, you'd think a game like this would get repetitive fast but this was really well designed and the variety and progression and room for experimentation kept me completely engaged the whole time. The style and the sound effects really tied it together too. Great work!

Lucky for you I want to do both!

Short and sweet with a crazy good style and crazy gameplay to match. If every time I completed a small task I saw that level win graphic my days would improve significantly.

Thank you for the feedback! It means a lot for you to take the time to critique us and help us grow. I am a little more proud of the settings button than I realistically should be so I'm glad to see someone besides me likes it too. Fullscreening interrupts the music due to an oversight in a hotfix that was not spotted until now so thank you for pointing that out.

We do want to give the player a little more agency and a little less punishment in future updates as we feel the game submitted is more of a "Challenge Mode" than anything. Rerolling doesn't end your turn to give the player as much time to process what is happening as they like, although an Auto Mode possibly built into Fast Mode will be a good thing to consider. Also yes black dice turn their opposing die white for the round. We were quickly made aware that our in-game explanations were a tad unclear, so the description has a more detailed guide to the mechanics in the meantime.

We're glad you enjoyed in spite of any confusion, and we hope it didn't impact your experience too much.

I'm not much for critical feedback, I have too much fun seeing what people do in just a week to focus on all the things they didn't. I can enjoy it though and enjoy it I did!

Nice little game loop. Nice gamble mechanic. Nice lil guys to shoot. Nice game!

I did even though I was bad at it, which is always a good thing to strive for in a game

I struggled a bit too much with finding and shooting the other ships but that's 100% a personal issue with spaceship games and not on you. That being said, I was a huge fan of the close call system and I would honestly enjoy a game with these mechanics on its own so the extra goal was really nice despite my inability to succeed in it. Very nice job!

Thank you! I was a very happy cult leader playing your game

I love idle games that have clear progression and a goal to work towards and don't cause RSI and to do that on top of adorable art and very nice sound design and a unique and interesting growth mechanic is incredible. No notes, this game was wonderful!

It has been checked out! I apologise for taking so long this was a delight to play

It might not be the best score, but it is one I am happy with. Very simple mechanic executed in a wonderful way. It felt satisfying to get the long chains because you held onto just the right pastries at the right moment and it was weirdly addicting to just keep going until my luck ran out. This game has such a nice aesthetic with a really addicting gameplay loop that's super intuitive and feels good to play. I simply could not ask for more

I did! It's been a while since I've seen a sokoban so it was a pleasant surprise

I love a nice sokoban and I'm surprised to say I haven't seen a mechanic like this because this is such a good idea. It's nice and simple but highly adaptable which is the ideal puzzle mechanic combination. It was executed well too, some of the puzzles were tricky but in that sokoban way where you get the satisfying AHA! moment on figuring it out. Very good job!

I am so sorry, I will try to come back to this one because my computer is really not meshing with the JRE setup. I hope I can get it working

Glad you made it well past 20 before I could even get to it!

Combining The World's Hardest Game's mechanics and Pizza Tower's aesthetic for a short little game works incredibly well and made me laugh. Very good work!

Really cute little experience! It reminded me a lot of a sort of faster paced Pikmin, which is sort of paradoxically really unique and interesting. I lost many a brave soldier to the stovetop and more control over the traps would have been nice but aside from that I really liked this

There's no point rehashing the bugs and softlocks, many people have pointed them out already. What I will say is that while mechanically, a little extra time might have helped, aesthetically, this game is beautiful. I'm in love with the style and the atmosphere and it's clear a lot of love was poured into making it how it is. I really hope you can find the little issues holding it back because I'd love to play the version of this game it could have been without such a tight deadline

Congrats on getting to 20! Your efforts are certainly recognised

Absolutely terrifying. I am horrible with horror games but I gave this my best shot and I almost made a full biscuit before I saw the monster and was too scared to continue. Really good job making such an unsettling experience in so short a time

I hope you make it past the consideration phase, wonderful game!
