Hey, yeah the game still has some issues that should be fixed, we haven't really playtested that much during the jam.

We're not entirely sure about the future plans just yet, but having some sort of automatization with servants and such was one of the idea. If we continue working on the game, we will iterate more and try to plan out everything accordingly to see what would work the best. We're open to suggestions tho! :D 

Sorry about the controls part - after building the game main menu glitched and did not work at all. There was a how to play section there.
The 'Main Menu' brings you to the first level because of the same issue

You could probably call this game a top down shooter, because you have to pick up and throw various objects that are lying on the floor to protect yourself from enemies.

It's a simple 2d monster fighting game, where you have to search for the lost shoe and defend yourself from monsters by throwing various objects that you can find lying on the ground.

We decided to create something funny or unusual, and the idea for "Only One" that we came up with was "one shoe" and object throwing game mechanic. What I meant by one shoe is that the main goal of the game is to find a shoe which was lost while wandering inside of an abandoned building. The object throwing mechanic fit the theme quite nicely as well, because the player is able to damage an enemy only once with one object.
