I’d like to request feedback from anyone who plays this prototype of Mossism, please submit feedback on this form

I just want moving the fishing rod to do something… other than that it was great, I like the simplistic fish sprites especially

found a bug, but I’ll keep it a secret until I get a high score of at least 28. Also the game is pretty fun

it’s in the boscaceoil_win_v2 .zip file extract it first

it’s quite simple, plays well, but I would suggest not mixing pixel art with large scale raster art, the mechanics work fairly well together as well, my few gripes with it would be that the level is a little long and that there are different scales of pixel art along with large scale raster art.

the game is fun but the character animations are a little off, though I’m not very good so a little bit more grace would nice with an “easy” mode or something, you don’t have to drink the potion at the beginning which doesn’t make very since. that’s all the advice I have, the game plays well with control, and the music is okay too.

Edit: Would like to see it expanded with more difficulties.

The thing I like least about this game is the Christmas theming, I wouldn’t play it again unless it’s close to Christmas, the game plays well though it wasn’t explained that all the squares have to have wire/lights in them, though the controls feel good. Overall I really enjoyed the game and would like to see the concept expanded but less themed around a holiday.

It plays pretty well, feels nice to control for the most part and I enjoy the music, sound effects, and the graphics are okay too, though it’s annoying that there is no pause menu and the annoyingly small radius of the explosion.

The mechanics are fun and it’s easy to tell what to do after a little bit, though I got a little confused with the grapple mechanic at first as I wanted to hold down the mouse button and not press it once, though I got used to pressing it once fairly quickly.

I thought about adding a timer just didn’t get around to it as I would of needed to make difficulties then for different times.

if you experience this issue could you screen shot it and show me? if it was the thing to the right of the knob that said -1 that just happens sometimes and I have yet to figure out how to fix it.

It’s fun though a little confusing at first since there are no directions, the only ways I can think to improve it would be providing directions on how to play, and different level sizes.

It’s a fun minigame, graphics could be improved (the grass is higher detail than everything else), gameplay is fun a little boring doing the same the level over and over again, having random levels or just more premade levels would be a nice improvement

with a graphics improvement and more levels this could be very entertaining.

Experienced an issue where the game’s browser export would not load on Firefox, but it worked in chrome. I think that the grapple feels a little light when gravity is on, as it feels about the same when gravity is off, and the text saying “Warpdrive Interdimensional Reactor Engine” is a little hard to read, other than that it felt simple and easy to pickup and play, would like to see it become something a little bigger.

think I fixed it, should work now
