Appreciate the feedback! Congrats on making it all the way to the yellow monster. If the game threw you back to the beginning, it means you died. We could've worked on the collision logic and the music transition a little more for sure if we had more time.

Thanks raul!

Appreciate the feedback! There are a lot of things we definitely could have improved on if we had more time, including optimizing the deformation algorithms, and improving the music integration

Thank you for the kind words, ZRunner!

Thanks a lot Mathew! We really appreciate the feedback!

Thanks a lot pavol!

Thanks for playing!

Thanks   Juice  Tea!

We were definitely inspired by games like Age of War and Cartoon Wars. We will definitely work on balancing the game more after the jam period ends! Thanks for your feedback!

Wow thank you for  the in-depth  feedback! Your  first point is spot on in that  although we wanted players to incorporate the mutations more strategically, we simply ran out of  time to balance the game  that way.  Regarding your second  point, we will try implementing a way to help players know what the different upgrades do. Regarding your third point,  we will implement  more ways to side-scroll and make it clear from the start that you can do so. Really appreciate your constructive suggestions!!

Very nice and relaxing   game. Always a pleasure to see someone attempt a 3D game for a short jam like this one. Suggestion: Inform the player of the prices earlier on so the player doesn't get confused while spam clicking  trying to thicken/add leaves to the plant.

Looks can be deceiving.  This game turned out to be harder than I expected (in a good way). Great job in how much content you managed to squeeze in just 48 hours. Two issues I have are: a) The theme of mutation could have been explored a little more. b) Perhaps allow the player to see more of the level? Otherwise, great game and keep up the good work!

Very neat game! I was personally a little confused with the upgrade system. Also, I wasn't sure what the enemy bullets did to be me due to the lack of visual/auditory feedback.  With some tuning here and there, I think it can be a very fun game!

Adding additional ways to move the camera seems like a great idea.  As for the mutation indicators, we honestly ran out of time to implement those haha.  Really appreciate your feedback and we'll get to making those edits after the jam period ends!

For sure. Thanks for the feedback!

There's still some work to be done on the game. We'll make sure it's balanced once the jam period ends!

Great job guys. As a fan of cows and milk,  loved it.

As the other comments have pointed out, the controls/movement speed and platform edge collision could use a bit  more tuning but other than that, you guys did a great job! Great game design and love the art style.

What a neat game. Can definitely see this becoming a hit game once developed further. A speed up button would be great!

We will definitely work on  balancing the game more after the jam period ends. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks sumguy!

Great choice of music.   Keep up the great work!

Simple yet brilliantly executed. Love the aesthetics. Keep up the good work!

Great job on your first jam! I liked the art and the overall retro vibes of the game. However, the controls feel a little clunky and the camera movement could use some tuning (not fast enough for fast drops).  With some tuning here and there, I think it can be a great game!

I love the bullet spread patterns. Some sounds would have been nice!

I love these kind of games. Please continue working on it and make it longer!

Great concept and execution. With a bit more polish, I think it's going to be a fantastic game!

We really appreciate the love! We will continue working on this game once the jam period ends!

Thanks a lot! We ran out of time and couldn't finish balancing the game haha. We plan on balancing it once the jam period ends!

Thanks d!P. My partner Melcope did the art and he's very talented indeed.

Thanks for the feedback! We did not realize how much time balancing would take and simply ran out of time at the end haha. We hope to improve it after the voting period ends!

Really appreciate that! We are looking to make some updates to the game, including balancing the 'shoot yourself' bullet. Stay tuned!

Thanks for the awesome feedback! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for playing and appreciate the feedback!

What a challenging game haha. If you find a way to somehow make it so that we don't have to visually focus on two separate things at once, I think you 'll end up with a really good game!

Interesting concept. With some polishing here and there, I think it has potential!

Love the idea and how it looks! With some gameplay  polishing here and there, I think you got yourself a really great project!

Love the mixture of 2D and 3D. Love the idea of mixing an immersive platformer and a strategic defense game. With a few more player attack options  (aerials, etc) and tower varieties, I think you got yourself a great project to developer further in the future!
