Oof my bad! I exported the project files instead of the executable. I updated it for you

It was not particularly scary to me but it was tense all throughout, loved the atmosphere. The beginning though I got stuck for a long time, mostly due to how restrictive your camera/movement is. I found it weird that I could inspect objects that seemingly were so far away. Nevertheless I enjoyed the awkwardness between the protag and the old man, was afraid of seeing him opening his eyes in a jumpscare lol! Charming artstyle!
The beginning inspired me to make a 2nd person game since you separately control the horse and the player. I could not find the challenger though, so I can only talk about how good the vibes/experience were and that I enjoyed the music :) Im surprised this was made in python as well, with no game engine
Cant believe we used the same idea of the character getting high lol (yours have more gameplay though). The art is rly enjoyable and i liked the music. One criticism I have is that you dont have much leeway to play around with the altered mechanic, and most of the time you die as a result. I understand you can look your surroundings with the camera so this does not happen, but I personally would rather have level design that does not rely on that altogether
All in all rly creative and plays to the limitation's strength!
For some reason I haven't tested undoing the moles, so maybe that's the reason. Sorry about that!
The thing about redoing tiles overall is that you're able to cheese some levels, you don't really need to think about the path you're going to take, since you can just fix it by redoing the tile. I played it for a bit longer and realized that it does not apply to tiles at the border, but other ones as well.
On one hand I understand the intentions behind that (thats why I'm uncertain as to call it exploit ), it gives a less harsh penalty on the player. On the other, it may trivialize some puzzles found on the game. Maybe I'm sorely mistaken, but the redo button works less as a way of putting the player back on track and more to get away with mistakes.
The game is a tad hard, and I'd have loved to have the narrative concepts from the introduction explored a bit more throughout the gameplay, but this game intrigued me a lot. I initially thought it was more of a story-focused game, but nonetheless the entry's concept is enough to get hooked. The gameplay is solid, and the sfx and music are amazing, helped a ton with the atmosphere and also for indicating when you implant too many chips without taking any serum.
Well designed puzzles and a creative concept. One "exploit" (not sure if it was intentional) though that I used later on was that I could redo the tiles at the borders so I didn't have to worry as hard about it. Also could not finished cause I got softlocked bc of moles. Tho all in all, a solid entry very polished!
Got stuck and was unable to progress and the controls are a little bit weird — mainly bc for a plataformer you barely have any control on the air —, but the game is so charming, the graphics and color palette are simple but spot on, the music is vibey as well. Overall it's so impressive I'd be surprised if you didn't score well on the jam!
Liked their silly dances and goofy faces when they pick up their laundry. Only criticism I have is more related to the controls, I'd often get confused whether to press E or Space, and there were moments I wanted to put laundry but it turned the machine on and vice versa (since they share the same key input). all in all, one of jam's faves
