The music in this is absolutelly 10/10. I need those overcharge tracks on spotify this instant.

I am so glad you liked it! The game is essentially a card builder disguised as a cooking game, so we can really stand on the shoulders of giants and borrow some mechanics from other roguelike card builders. We plan on working on the game at least a bit more so we can get it to a more finished state, so SFX and music are already on the list!
I'm glad you liked the concept! We did our best to explain the ingredients and effects clearly, but a tutorial would definitely have helped with clarity. We found a few bugs related to missing the burger after we submitted, but the team would definitely like to work at least a bit more on the game so we can fix those and add a bit more content/ploish.
Awesome submission. I got all the collectables and all 3 kisses! I didn't get a confirmation screen or anything, so I am not sure if I missed anything. The jump and double jump are awesome, but I feel like the game really lacked a sprint since it is kind of slow to move around without it. Overall, great job!
Edit: Also, I played it using my PlayStation controller. The keyboard controls are there, but you really need a controller if you want to have a smooth experience.
Really good entry! We actually also made a game about making sandwiches! The art on this is amazing, and the gameplay loop feels super rewarding. Really, the only fault I could find is that the descriptions could be a bit more specific. For example, I used vegan bacon when the recipe called for normal bacon, and it took me a minute to realize that I had to change those out. Overall, really well done. GOOD JOB DEVS!
Hell yeah! I am glad you enjoyed the game! Not sure how noticeable it is, but dashing, double jumping, and reloading cost some of your time. We tried to balance it so that they don't cost too much, so they are viable, and not too little so that the cost becomes negligible. I see the potential too, and with some more playtesting and tweaking, we could have a really rewarding gameplay loop! Thanks for the feedback!
Really fun gameplay loop. Our game actually implemented a similar time-steal mechanic! I found it quite difficult to hit enemies, but I think that is honestly just a skill issue on my part lol. The multiplayer implementation is fucking insane; no idea how you did that in time. Overall, an incredibly polished game and a really impressive entry! GOOD JOB DEVS!
I had a lot of fun with this game. The concept was really cool, and the gameplay loop was really enjoyable. I think the difficulty could use some tweaking, since some tokens are a bit op currently. Maybe you get one chip that's beneficial and one that's negative at the end of the round? Overall, great submission, GOOD JOB DEVS!
The game was really enjoyable! Only thing is, personally, I didn't really feel like the items were super necessary. For my run, I got 22 without using any items, although it could just be me. Overall, game was fun, I like the gameplay loop and the random events, feels rewarding as hell. Good job devs!
Pong but volleyball! Pretty fun party game. The enemy AI does seem a little dumb, but the game is difficult enough that getting the ball across to the enemy field is enough to compensate. If you had a bit more back and forth with the enemy, I feel like it could add a bit, but overall great entry! The concept of playing volleyball with a bomb is really funny. Well done, devs!
The game is really fun! I had a really good time sinking my teeth into it! The gameplay loop is rewarding and fun, and I really appreciate the polish on the menu. I got a high score of 9843 :D! The only thing the game is missing, in my opinion, is the ability to store your current card to use later, like in Tetris. I had quite a few times, especially in the early game, when I didn't have anything to use a minus/divide on. Overall, incredibly polished entry with lots of potential!
Lovely submission! I couldn't finish it, sadly. I got to the part where you have to cycle between the messages on the screen, but after the second passcode, I was a bit unsure how to proceed. The vibes in the game are pretty cool, though! While I was trying to figure it out, I looked back at the enemy at the door, and I gotta say the spook was quite effective lol. Great submission!
The game seems pretty fun! I was compelled to beat all of the levels. The only thing I would say is I feel like the short dash doesn't get much use. I beat the game using only the fast dash, and you really don't need to kill a lot of enemies to fill the vial. I found that if you just hold F for 70% of the drain animation, it gives you enough time to dash to the next enemy. So the game feels a bit easy; you can kind of tank the light most of the time, and you still have enough blood to survive and fill the vial. With some gameplay difficulty tweaks and some more levels I think you could have something really cool! Great game guys
