Thanks for playing and for the feedback! I'm happy you found the concept interesting. I'll definitely consider reducing the popup frequency to make the gameplay smoother.

I like the gameplay of switching ability. I think you can improve onthe wall slide because the player can get stuck for a while in the wall. I'm not sure if its a feature, but you can use one player to push the other player. Having some sort of tactics to switch players like for example when getting the mushroom to grow. One player to be able to jump should be on top of another player while jumping then switching again to another player to reach a specific platform. Overall nicely done.

Salamat sa feedback at sa paglaro! 🙏

Very solid—this is really well done. I’d love to play future versions of it. So far, I was able to get 307 kills. I wasn’t able to explore much of the UI yet, but I really like the mechanics.I like that the player gets to choose stats level up if I'm not mistaken.

The costume design also has a mysterious vibe to it, kind of like Assassin’s Creed or Jedi aesthetics, which I think works really well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to play and share your feedback! I really appreciate it.

Your observation about the earthquake moment affecting gameplay flow makes a lot of sense, and I’m glad the educational intent still came through despite that.

Feedback like this is incredibly helpful for improving the experience and balancing both learning and gameplay. Thanks again for the support and encouragement, it truly means a lot!

I like the connection to the theme. I also like how the game have some hints at the beginning and that you also placed an option to skip the hints. I would suggest to add some hints or scoring system during the game play, the hints can be provided through the story of the game per level. I like that before the game itself there were some clues in the messages before the game. I just got stuck in the cat, candle, battery, electric fan, door stage with 2 water kettles and I don't know what to do next. I think the hints can be included in the game play. Also, the size on the screen was a bit big and I had to scroll left and right. I'm using a laptop to playtest the game. Overall congrats on the gam entry. Nice job.

I was thinking it would be similar to tetris, I like the idea of building blocks. I was trying to setup on covering all square blocks to check if I can win the game. One issue that I've encountered when the long blocks was hit by the square box it fell and the goal of completely filling up all square boxes was now impossible for me because the blocks collided and has dropped. I like that there was a space bar to make it faster to fall at first I thought I just need to wait and the camera movement too was working well. At first because I didn't read the controls I was trying to fill out all the square boxes without rotating the camera. Here is the screenshot I was able to have 49 blocks spawned. Overall nice job.

Hi thanks it appeared now. Thank you.

Hi, I’d like to ask if there’s a page where we can check whether our submission has been successfully accepted. This is my second game jam, and I’m still getting the hang of the process, so I want to make sure everything went through correctly.

Enjoyed playing the game.

Hi everyone, thank you for playing Datu's quest. I'm still in the process of further developing the gameplay and mechanics and also working on the plot of the story line. I would highly appreciate any feedback that can help me further improve the game.

I currently have a 0.73% for the new game that I released last Aug16, 2023. I was wondering if this is important for search of the game through its title? Currently I can't seem t find it when i try to search the title on the search bar. Thanks

Great job, loved the game play.

I like the sound and the artwork and the jump effect and landing transition. Nice job.

I especially liked the gameplay and puzzle like approach on the switching of the light.

Thank you for this tip. Going to take note of that on my next Jam. Really appreciate it. Thanks for playing the game. :)

Thank you for the inputs going to try adding those features. :)

This was fun, the ambience music was like when I played Lion king on Super Nes and Toy story. I also liked the mechanics of having a second dimension. Great work.

Thanks going to try to add that feature. :)

I like the perspective background and the ambience. Great work.

I like how the effect of turning around the backyard. Nice work.

Nice game I like the stop time feature.

Thanks planning to still improve the gameplay perhaps after the jam. :)

I liked how you climbed the walls and crawled on the ceiling.

You will need to press the enter key. Sorry wasn't able to add some UI for the instructions yet. Thanks. Going to update that some time in the future.
