Finished! Perfect game with a brilliant concept, well-designed levels.

It was also funny to figure out how to cheet~

I had a lot of fun once I understood the mechanics and knew when they would kill me. Nice concept!

Thank you for playing and sorry for having no time to add tutorial to the game. You can open dice window to allocate your dice. After that you will move quickly or something which depends on which ability you allocated (I don’t why life bars don’t go down at the beginning. Hope this can fix it)

By the way, I used a top-down shooting asset for the game so its visual looks well but it was not created by myself. I hope people can enjoy the dice system I made :)

Thank you for playing and your thought is right. I wanted to make a door which you may use a dice (for example less 5) to open each wave, but this time I had not enough time. Maybe it will be added later :)

Update:

4.The game will become slow when running on the Mac’ screen.

I presume this is because of the high resolution. You can try to open this page on a low-resolution monitor, but I’m not sure it will be fixed.

Thanks for playing. In this version you couldn’t get more dice.

When I saw this comment I was thinking that maybe it is better to set a dice slot as same as the HP, ATT etc. for the new weapons instead of consuming the dice.

Sorry for the bad design but you can activate the switch only in the dash cooldown period. Hope you can enjoy it

Known Issues

I’m so sorry that I couldn’t make a game without issues this time. Here are what I found:

1.When you assign a dice to the hp’s TENS place but don’t assign any dice to the ONES place(shown as the image below), the dice will disappear after you get damaged.

You should avoid this. By the way, the 0 dice is ok as it is shown at the start.

2.When you exchanged a new weapon, the damage will become 0.

To fix this, you could open dice window again and close it. After that the damage of the new weapon will reflect correctly.

3.The enemies with rifle will give 0 damage to you.

You cannot fix or avoid this. On the other word, it’s a roll of the dice when the wave’s enemies are them, so just enjoy it~

This is not issue but I want to mention: There are 3 new weapons which will be gotten for each 3 waves, but it is too hard to reach Wave10. The difficulty for waves is not well-designed as I ran out of time. Maybe you can try to reach Wave7 to get the second new weapon. It won’t be easy either I think.

Thank you for playing! Yes, it is shown in level5-A(you can also notice this in 3-A by some case) as my expect, but maybe someone moved the button at the beginning in this level so they didn’t notice that.

Great concept and puzzle idea! Look forward to more levels!

It’s a easy game as a tower defend, but hard as a action game :D

The higher the price is, the harder the game is, so I think I should build all 10 coin towers

I saw someone stuck at level 16 or 17 but finally I finish the last level(although it has nothing in the goal). Nice game!

Thank you for playing. There is only each 7 levels in A and B. You can press B 10 times to switch to the B mode, and in there character is controlled by keyboard:)

Nice idea and the game was fine!

It reminds me the smartphone game Commute but I think it was funny than it~

If player can reach the star as soon as possible, it will be easier for after. But for safe, player has to wait almost of characters reaching their star. This is an awesome and well-balanced mechanic!

(Maybe the sound played when dead is a bit loud, compare to the BGM)

Nice idea, and great mechanics. And I also thought there is no need to add player position on the map. Because you want to people to work it out I guess.

But I’m confused by the frustrating teleporters. Maybe you could add tutorial or teleport range or something.

I stuck at Level 14, as I hadn’t not enough “↑”.

Then I came out with an idea, but didn’t know is there a level using it after(It maybe makes the game a bit complicate):

It’s the BEST game I’ve played so far this jam!

Main mechanic and level design(include the hidden sushi) is so well created and the music and graphic is so fit to the game. I even can’t believe it was made in 48h.

The map made me think back the CastleVania and the jump one by one was bomb jump in Metroid

I want to collect all the sushi but I forgot which I missed it, and I cannot exit when I entered the stage. Finally I gave up. TT

But overall it worths full marks

Thanks for playing! I recently noticed that I didn’t show you can jump by press space bar instead of ↑ in B-mode. Did that confuse you?

I completely forgot the color blindness. Thanks for reminding me this! Actually there is one in my company so I plan to add arrow for them as you said.(I added at the start but then removed because it is not so difficult to understand)

“Fast fall or crouch” is a simple but great idea for the yellow button, and it fits perfectly. Thank you for it~

The AGDQ run is cool and I never thought it could be played in this way, maybe I can get something idea :)

Yeah, the images are not so consistent to be honest. It would be nice to use bill blaster or something.

At the beginning I decided to put multiple buttons and multi bullets as you said, but I couldn't make them comfortable in this weekend. (Maybe I should use yellow one to do something simply)

Anyway, I think I will add this mechanic later. If interested you can try it when it is made :)

Haha, level7-A is a little difficult and it can be completed by some trick~

Yellow button is nothing because I hadn't enough time to do that. Maybe It was good to play a sound randomly, or make the character move left or move right or jump randomly? 

I have some idea but couldn't put them in this game. Maybe they will be added later.

Cute is You and Game is Awesome!

When I move up at first time, the shadow under the character and the sound make me thought that the character jumped :joy:.

But finally I worked out it and so happy to play this awesome baba-is-you inspired game

Yes , it doesn't. But finally I caught the point and finished it by pushing both Cmd and Ctrl~

So it's a game not for the Mac? :D
