Great game! It is quite a challenge!
One field to improve on is to add more sounds to the game.

Okay, one thing to say. One thing. An early release is not an excuse to release a very non-functional game. I don't know if this is a way to get the game in beyond the time required, but it can be as buggy as you want, it still is very incomplete.
Ah. I see. He could problably make a PowerPoint wrapper using something like WinForms. It's not really a Windows executable in it's current state, but I could mock one up for the dev.
Edit: I need to have PowerPoint, which costs money, to convert it, unless if I rewrite the entire program. Great job Microsoft...
I am sorry to say, but PowerPoint games are not considered actual games. Not only that, but you are trying to publish a game to Steam made with PowerPoint. I am not trying to discourage you, but you are in bad luck in this type of jam. It's like sending a game made with OWL. Also, this is not technically a Windows application, so the judges might not be able to test the game.
EDIT: The judges gave you a chance! Good luck! :D
I am thinking about making a platformer game with RPG Maker MV with my friend Trevor. (there is a plugin for everything nowadays XD) But since the time limit for the game is one hour, can we make a demo version for the judges, followed up by the full version? Thanks! ;)
PS: Can the full version be paid if so?
One other thing, I would recommend changing some of the RPG Maker RTP rather than using the default assets. I know it is time consuming, but your game would stand out better. Some examples are sprites, tilesets, window skins, titles, etc. But don't feel bad for using some default assets. You should just try to make your game stand out. ;)
I have no idea, but I do not recommend it. The judges might not have a VR set to test your game. If your VR game is not for Windows, it is not allowed (I think there is one for web, sorry for info, only use Google Cardboard XD) I recommend you use Windows.
This is incredible, and beautiful! This is what I am looking for! You see, I am kinda bad at making world maps, because when I sketch out something like this, it is always smaller than I expect. Even worse, making rivers and islands is torture for me. I am making a game similar to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Thanks! ;)
I love it! It is very satisfying and addictive to give the other ball a big punch! There is only one thing I would change though, and it is the title screen. It has bad lighting, and the camera is a bit tilted. But that is only one problem. I'm surprised that this is cancelled, because this is amazing! I can probably continue it if you want. Overall, awesome game!
