I wish the individual phases would last a bit longer. The health bar of the tower also seemed a bit off and I didn't quite get when or if I was dying. Loved the voice acting!

Wow, what a great game! Hooked me from start to finish! I was so grateful that there is a checkpoint after each wave, because, I am honest, I am not the best at bullet-hell-type games hehe. Even more impressive then that you managed to grab and hold my attention. The design overall is also great, although some kind of music is sorely missing. And some damage feedback would be appreciated. Still: Had so much fun playing!
I like the idea, was reminded of "learn to fly" ;) But I did not get the shop and think, like @trouer, that it is broken, could never manage to go deeper than 1060 ft. But I like the goal of carcinisation, because: reject humanity, turn to crab haha. Keep up the work, would love a fixed post-jam version ^^
I liked the game! Although I wish it was a tad bit faster. I was completely fine with the controls, a bit different than what one is used to, but that makes it interesting in my book. And I really liked the graphics! The fish swimming around looked a bit goofy but I found it funny, don't know if that fits the atmosphere you wanted to create. Good job overall!
Cool game! Only two things I have to complain about is 1. I wish it was faster, it really felt too sluggy at points, I hoped at least the submarine gives you a speed boost. And 2. a little objective prompt would be nice, nothing grand in scale, just: Get to the goal! or smth. Other than that: Great job for a jam game, everything looked nice and I had fun playing it, especially shooting those rock barriers!
This is a really solid game! I like the unique take on the theme and the conceptualisation within the 5 stages of grief. The game is emotionally touching, especially the end card message. And the character designs and attack patterns are memorable, especially the last fight! I have got nothing I overtly disliked, you did a really good job there ^^ And should it be based on personal experience: Wish you all the best, like your game shows: Time does, in fact, heal all emotional wounds :] All the best ;D
What a cute little game! Although I was a bit confused about what to do in the beginning, once I found that the space bar gives you access to the shop the game became lots of fun to play! :D Maybe you could indicate somehow that you access the shop thru the space bar because I nearly gave up playing before finding it by accident haha, I would have robbed myself of a fun time. Nevertheless this is a well-looking cute game with which you can have a good time! ^^
I really liked the atmosphere of this game! The way it looks and the fishies swim, very relaxing and serene. It feels like I myself am diving in the water! The intro is also well-made and cute!
The only minor complaints I have is that sometimes the fish swim through the stones and obstacles, making it a bit frustrating if you were close to the perfect shot of a cute fish and he just vanishes haha. And I did never really use the space/shift buttons to swim up/down, simply moving forward while pointing the camera up/down does the job better for me.
Other than that: A very calming, cute entry with good sound design (your bf did a good job with the music! :D ), had a lot of fun playing it, well done^^
The compilation of parts for the submarine is fine, although the values overall are wayyy too high (or too low) for me to imagine what they were supposed to show. And you have very little to do when you actually sink, it is almost replacable wholly by just a textbox stating how far you have come. The rest (audio, sounds) is fine and the graphics are nice.
I really liked the game, especially the amount of special tiles you could step on!
Unfortunately there was one major bug found in both dices. When you stepped on too many tiles it can cause the die to not be properly aligned with the floor tiles which leads to the player not being able to finish the level.
Also the vanishing tiles just disappear visually, you can still roll over them when they're supposed to be gone.
Other than that a really fun game and concept!
I really liked the jumping mechanic, that's something I haven't seen before, took some time getting used to it but once I did, I was eager to reach all the gems! But I do not see how the game fits the theme of the game jam so I had to subtract some stars there... But the game itself is fun and innovative!
I like the idea to drag to control the player character very much, very intuitive and it allows for great movement! The graphics and designs of character and environment are also cute. The mechanic of switching worlds is visually good, however it did not seem necessary in a way since I could easily avoid every obstacle, not just the dangerous ones, thus making it entirely skippable. I feel like it should have been used more to solve real puzzles of where to go. Nevertheless I still had a good short time playing!
One of the best games of this game jam I have played so far! I really like the little soundtrack and the graphics, especially the design of the environment like the trees, as well as the forgiving firefly placement (I'm not the best platformer haha). I had fun playing it! Maybe the gravity is a bit too strong for my liking and some little cues when you pick up/gain something are missing but overall a short but still polished game with, once you get used to it, a cool main mechanic.
