I would have liked hotkeys for selection as someone else mentioned

Good art, good use of the wildcards. Though the combat felt a bit easy once you worked out the trick of "kill enemies you can with current host, take over the enemy that killed your host, avoid situations where two enemies that can hurt you are next to you, don't run away as a parasite"

Pretty well-made, though the normal wall jump is quite punishing on keyboard. It would be nice if wall jumps didn't require you to hold against the wall (or if there was a few frames leeway after you let go e.g. Coyote Time)

My game also broke pretty badly (spawning logic was spawning all enemies at (0,0), so I had to replace it with random spawning) several hours before submission, so I understand. If you aren't already using Version Control, it's important to learn especially for these situations when you need to rollback to a good state.
The infection animation is suitably uncomfortable.

The tileset could use some work to greatly help the feeling of being in an ant tunnel as opposed to a underground dungeon. e.g. rounded corners and the replacement of the broken/collapsed wall tiles

Really good game. Unique use of the theme and well built mechanics. I loved the turtle in the level it appeared in. You could use it to solve the level easily but it would cost you a lot of time

Yeah, I noticed that the intended spawning behaviour (spawn enemies just offscreen) was completely non-functional 2 hours before submission so I had to panic create a fix which unfortunately meant that enemies spawn anywhere on the map

Nice job with modifying the grass tileset to be unique, though the spikes would have benefitted from being a more spike-like sprite. Good use of theme in not only taking control of other creatures, but also sacrificing/discarding them to their death once their usefulness is over.

There is a team-up channel in the official Godot Wild Jam discord if you are trying to find people to team up with.  The discord also has a lot of important info about the jam as well as allowing you to make suggestions for the theme and wildcards and vote for them.
