I tried that but didn't manage to implement it in time lol. Thanks for the feedback anyway!

Yeah, I wanted to add that but ran out of time lol

I'm glad you liked it! :)

Yeah, I wanted to make a death count for each level but time was running low so I had to scrap it unfortunatelly. I was also planning a "the dropper" style level that was getting really fun but didn't include it too. Maybe after the rating period I'll update it. Thanks for the feedback, glad you liked it!

Edit: english is not my primary language lol

Great game and I needed a minute or two to realize what happened in the end. Super cute artstyle btw. Loved it

I loved the style and momentum based gameplay, it kinda reminds me of Dishonored with the sliding and blink/dash. My only complain is that it can be a litte disorienting at times but still a great game!

Nice job! The game was kinda easy but it fit the theme very well. I really liked the way you presented the story. There are a few things that could be improved but it was genuely a good game!

The game was super funny but I got a little frustraded with the mom lol. Probably just a skill issue. Nice work!

The game is gorgeous, especially the dark sun portait (for me). The only thing I believe could be a bit better is a little UI that shows the player the items and which number to press to use it. I got a bit lost in the beggining because I didn't know I had something in my inventory lol. Great game anyways :)

I really liked the game! I just wish you could see the interactable things a little bit better. I don't know how much time I've spent trying to open some doors lol. Besides that it was really enjoyable!

My bad hehe, turns out I'm used to play games like Hollow Knight or Celeste on the keyboard so that's why I chose these buttons. Glad you liked it though!

I'm glad you enjoyed it!!

Yeah, I totally forgot that people usually play this kind of game with a controller since I don't have one LOL. That's why I got confused about the controller comments

Thanks for the feedback! I based the controllers on Celeste and Hollow Knight but I probably could have done a better job!

Thanks! I really didn't think the controllers would be so weird for so many people since I chose them based in Celeste and Hollow Knight, but I guess I did learn a lesson here! :)

Very nice and pretty game. I don't know if it's bugged or what but once you've gotten high enough, if you fall the camera doesn't follow you back. Nice game though!

This game is very unique and very fun! Nice job!

Thanks! What did you find weird about it?

Thanks! I went all in in the animation department. I might have got some inspiration in Magic and Yugioh for the cards ;)

I really like the aesthetics of it! The game is very nice and it reminds me a lot of papers please!

Yeah, the ideia was introducing more enemies as the game goes, but i didn't have enough time (started working on it by friday).
But your cads actually do something! The shield is bugged, it actually does nothing but the rest does! It just isn't so much straightforward. If you pay attention, every time you use a card that buffs your damage (ice gem, fire gem and strength potion), the slimes die faster! I tried adding a bit of feedback when you attack with tose effects but it didn't turn out that good so i  removed it. Thanks for the feedback though! Maybe i'll work on it after the jam, i really liked the idea and see some potential in it.

Thanks for the feedback!!!

Maybe you're just too good lol. Thanks for the feedback!

This game is sooo beautiful!! It's a shame I didn't understand it LOL. Either way it was very pleasant to play!

Check out our game as well!

Really nice game! At first I was a bit confused with all the ui elements and the seals breaking mechanic, but after a little time it gets clear!
Very fun to play, although I didn't know what to do with so many flashlights LOL

Really nice game with cute graphics!

Really nice game! The art is incredible and the sounds are awesome! Really liked the way you tell the story!

Please rate our game!! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-13/rate/3349469

We're glad you liked it! If we had a little more time we would have added a little tutorial to crafting.
Thanks for the feedback!!

Thanks!! We really appreciate the feedback

The ritual ends after all the ingredients are handed to the wizard! Unfortunatelly though there is no win ending screen, it's the same as the game over :(. Appreciate the feedback!!

Thank you very much for the feedback!

Yeah, that's what we were aiming for! We considered adding some crafting recipes but we figured that playing and exploring with all the different ingredients would be much more fun. The not much colorblind-friendly sprites issue really needs to be addressed eventually, especially inside the wizard's speech bubble.
Thank you for the feedback!!

Thank you for the feedback!!
We wanted the player to explore all the possible item combinations. If we had a little more time we could improve it by showing *where* the player needs to drop the items in order to craft stuff.

Thanks! We really tried to keep the sprites simple and unique so all (or at least most) of the crafted items were intuitive!

The game has an ending! There are approximately 15 crafting recipes in the game. After you hand the wizard all the items, the game ends and you win! Unfortunately there is no win ending screen.

We already knew that enemies could push you through walls, but we thought we fixed that LOL.

Anyways, thanks for the feedback and holy crap 12 seconds before deadline is actually insane hahaha

Pois é, acabei ficando sem tempo para terminá-lo, então acabei deixando no debug mode mesmo. Porém, ainda pretendo terminá-lo e postá-lo inteiro aqui na itch.io
