I tried something new and despite struggling a lot, learned a lot from it too so I guess that's a positive.

art style is cute and the music/gameplay fit really well. good stuff!

Really liked the sound design and how lively the world felt with the npcs and everything. Kinda crazy that you did this all in 10 days lol

I really like the artstyle and the different levels having differing themes. My bit of feedback would be three things. #1: Music. Because the game is a bit slower paced, music usually helps quite a lot in scenarios like that to make it a bit relaxing to play. #2: the doors being blacked out kinda made it difficult to figure out where the exit was at times.

And finally, progression. This is purely just my opinion, not tryna come off harsh or anything but it felt like a chore running around to find the crystals. This relates back to point 1 where there wasn't anything going on in terms of ambience either so I was just running around in silence pretty slowly. What I'd recommend in the future is to add puzzles or incorporate the crystals as some mechanic instead of it just being something you're forced to pick up and look for the exit. But then again it's just a 10 day game jam. probably can't pull all that off in this short of a timespan

Pretty chill laid back game. My bit of advice relates to just that actually. I feel like the movement is a teeny bit slow and moving around takes a while but other than that, the ost and everything being done by yourself is awesome.

Hey everyone, this was my first-ever game jam and I went all in. Ended up putting over like 30 hours into this entry. It’s a space shooter where you swing between planets using your abilities and also purging alien lifeforms. Got a lot of nice visuals, a custom soundtrack, and massive areas to run through with a lot of replayability. I’d love to hear what you think.

Did have a few shortcomings tho. Couldn't make different enemy types or levels due to time constraints and how complex all the math was to get up and running on one enemy.

With so many submissions out there, I don’t want this to get buried immediately until I get some honest feedback. Appreciate anyone who checks it out!

(I recommend the 'FasterEnemies' build)
