Thanks for the clarification.
In that case, should I simply wait until the game is released from quarantine, or is there anything I need to do on my end to help move the process forward?
I just want to make sure I’m not missing any required steps.
It’s been 3 months and my NSFW game is still not being indexed. At this point, I honestly don’t know what else to do. I’ve sent several emails to support and haven’t received any response.
My game has accumulated more than 30,000 views from external sources over the last 30 days, and that hasn’t helped speed up the process either, even though this is often recommended.
The last email I sent was today, ticket #335957.
I don’t even know if this is normal, if it’s due to some kind of error, or if my case was simply forgotten by the staff. Should I just accept that my game will never be indexed?
Hello again, I believe it has already been 2 months and my game still hasn’t been indexed, which seems very strange to me.
Is there any problem? Could it have been deindexed for some reason without my knowledge?
I have been promoting my game on other networks, and based on my game’s analytics, over the last 30 days I have received approximately 25,000 external traffic views, and even so, this hasn’t helped to speed up the process (I’m not sure if that number is actually high or low for a deindexed project).
During these 2 months I have made edits to my page, and I don’t know if that sends me back to the end of the queue.
Could you please confirm whether there is any issue that I’m unaware of, or if my game is simply still in the queue waiting to be reviewed?
My latest support ticket without response #322593
It has been nearly one month and my nsfw game still remains deindexed. In the past, updates to my game caused it to be deindexed for around two weeks until it was reviewed and indexed again. However, this time it has taken significantly longer, and I have not received a response to the email I sent. Support ticket #315886.
I have read and followed all the instructions from Getting indexed on Search & Browse since the beginning. I would appreciate any help or clarification on this matter.
