Thanks for the clarification.

In that case, should I simply wait until the game is released from quarantine, or is there anything I need to do on my end to help move the process forward?

I just want to make sure I’m not missing any required steps.

You could double check that you do not have malware in your game, or false positives. Or a hacked device in your home network. There is millions of those around and some come pre-installed with actual malware directly from china.

The quarantine message is rather vague and always the same. Lot's of things can trigger a quarantine. Staff will never tell why or what you can do to avoid quarantine. If staff would not be overworked and swamped, it should clear up quickly. But they are swamped... :-(  . The mod will probably show up and forward your ticket number to staff, if you are really waiting for 3 months. (A game can get delisted temporarily or quarantined after an update. Especially after "suspicous" account activity.)

Of course your game could be delisted or not yet listed as well, on top. (After a quick glance, it does not look like something that would be intentionally delisted.)

On the bright side, you seem to do well and are not really hampered by that. Not even by the quarantine. People playing the web version do not even notice.
