Just released dRipdRip here. It has a global Leaderboard if you have Steam running before you play it.

Collect dead rats and maggots and feed sick kids candy!

Play it now... if you can stomach it.

I don't usually play card games but this was really fun. I don't know why I got a game over though. Maybe there's only a certain amount that can die? I still had plenty of villagers

Really nice music and art! The only thing I'd tweak is the pacing of the final cutscene images. I'd make them flash by quicker but other than that it captures a mood and event well as a warning of a potential police state (I mean, we're already in one, but an even more aggressive one).

Are you on a mac? This runs on Windows. I never got around to releasing a mac build of this and I'm not sure I still have the dev files.

Hmm, I think so, too. I'll look into possibly getting a VR kit to try that out. Thanks.

:) Yeah I flip. Once I got into it I was like, this'd be a cool idea for a game! The wrist chaplin totally wouldn't work in real life though, unless you had an oversized balisong like in the game.

Glad you liked it! I was debating turning it into a full game but the coding gives me nightmares. If you do coding, let me know if you wanna work together on it.

I have an instagram but it's mainly just pics i think look aesthetic. username: mauvesic

Thank you. I really appreciate you going in depth like this.

I'm going to pull the plug on the Steam release. I'll post an announcement and take some time to try to fix it up. Could I ask your opinion on things in the future via email or something? It would be good to bounce some ideas off of someone. I'm in an echo-chamber.

As for specifics, I'm not sure which walls/ceilings you mean that aren't there. When coming down the stairs, the walls are meant to be moved back, but if it looks like a bug, i'll change that.

The AI needs some definite work though. Hmm...

And sorry about that respawn bug in the Intro. I need to fix that asap.

Alright, it seems there's an upload limit in filesize. It seems to be up now. Let me know if you have any further troubles with it and I sent everyone that's already gotten the game some extra music to make up for it

Strange. I'm looking into it. Going to try using the command-line tool to upload instead of going through the site.

You're looking for an artist, not a designer.

Looks trippy

A short 1st-person horror game that comes with the soundtrack all for less than the price of a coffee!

Explore in 1st-person and solve puzzles while evading shadowy monsters that only appear when you don't look directly at them. Don't listen to them. Don't look at them. And you might just survive.

And it's the same as the Soundtrack Bundle on Steam, it also comes with the soundtrack so it has everything.

Yep! You can get it here first :)
