Difficult but satisfying! I loved the sphere shattering into fragments effect, especially on the glowing ones, looked great

You managed to work in "chain reaction" and "Rust" which is awesome :D Loved the various sea shanty variations too

Really nice A E S T H E T I C that fits the music and theme of the game well, you can tell a lot of love went into getting the presentation just right. Gameplay is fun too but I couldn't stop marveling at the retro CRT effect and how well it works with the art and sound

That's high praise! For what it's worth, @PixelArtist and I were playing your game for at least 30 min on discord yesterday and couldn't stop marveling at how fun it was. And thank you for the excellent navmesh/3d examples, their descendants live on all over this game's codebase :)

Clever! I thought the towers were automatic, it took me a while to realize you needed to shoot to activate them in a "chain reaction"

Would've liked to hear some sounds to go with the awesome visuals

Very nice, love the particles and decals staying on walls behind them! Well done

Super fun, I love the gradual introduction of new mechanics and watching long chains explode is very satisfying!

Couple of notes:

  • being able to see which objectives you completed when you complete the level would save a restart-ESC-levelselect loop, if you're going for perfect scores
  • seeing which squares will be affected by hovering over a placed bomb would be a nice learning tool in the first few levels

Soundtrack and crisp art style were great too :)

Impressive! And thanks for the bug report :)

That's a really good time, I have yet to break 300s!

Really glad you had fun! And yes a bit of stress was the feeling we were going for :)

Our time to beat on the team is 238, set by toast - who made the amazing soundtrack
