Hi, what project do you have in mind?
I can help you with some conceptual art, but from what you've written, it seems like something big, and the jam ends on March 23rd. Are you sure we can do it?
Hi everyone, I'd like to share with you this print-and-play dungeon crawler that I made entirely by hand (literally: written, drawn, and photocopied by hand): https://michele-pavani.itch.io/wrath-of-the-barbarian
It's called Wrath of the Barbarian. The rules are very simple (they fit on half a page), but each dungeon has its own little special rules that make it interesting and unique.
I made eight dungeons, three of which I released for free with the game, while the other five are available to anyone who donates at least €2 (which is roughly $2).

Hi! Monster armor class is like character armor class: the lower it is, the harder the monster is to hit (since to hit, you need to roll 1d20 and get a result equal to or lower than your fighter level plus the opponent's armor class, plus any other modifiers).
Regarding monster saving throws: yes, they have a common roll for everything. I realize now that I could have explained it better. Maybe after the jam, I'll correct the text to make it more understandable.
Si quieres, me encantaría tu contribución.
I downloaded these modules to use them in conjunction with a sandbox called Star Machine of the Fading Waves (which you can find here on itch, published by Jlaakso) in my OSR roleplaying game campaign. It's truly amazing, and thank you for writing it!
I'm also writing to you what I wrote to jlaakso:
I've started a jam to create a collective OSR game, based on a small game/framework I've released for free under a CC0 license. If you'd like to contribute, it would be great to have a version of these modules for Old School Rules!
Here's the link to the jam, in case you'd like to participate:
This sandbox module is really cool! Personally, I think it would be even cooler if, instead of using it with sci-fi games, it were used on a fantasy game to add a touch of weirdness.

Wow, I really love this bestiary! Congratulations!

There's this little rulebook written by Stuart Roberson that covers some purely old-school concepts I didn't cover in Old School Rules (like alignment, which he calls loyalty, or morale, which I think he calls bravery).
I'll leave the link here in case anyone is interested in checking it out and maybe even starting to write new content for Old School Rules: https://stuartrobertson.itch.io/dragon83
I've created the first Old School Rules jam, which will launch in a month (so you have plenty of time to prepare your content and spread the word): https://itch.io/jam/the-old-school-rules-jam
The idea is to then collect all the submissions and release a community version of Old School Rules!
Hi everyone,
I've released 52 free stock art pieces for anyone who wants to write supplements for Old School Rules!
You can find them here: https://michele-pavani.itch.io/old-school-art
Hi everyone, I'm Michele Pavani, the creator of Old School Rules, and I thought I'd open up these boards to help the game become a community-based experience.
I'm trying to plan a meaningful jam (the first of a series) that will allow the game to grow and become something everyone can enjoy. So far, I've already prepared three supplements, which I'll publish soon.
I hope this community grows and that it can generate lots of interesting new content for Old School Rules.
Sure, I can send them to you via Telegram or email, but since I don't post my contact information publicly to avoid spam, I ask you to add me on Facebook so I can send you my contact information from there. You can find me as "Michele Pavani" from Genoa, Italy. You'll recognize me because I have really long hair.
Hi, I love your project and would love to help you by redoing the illustrations for free (and if I may, by suggesting you implement a couple of things borrowed from Cairn that would look great with Kaiser). If you're interested, please contact me on Facebook (I'll then give you my Telegram contact, which I'll avoid posting here only because I don't want to receive spam). You can find me as "Michele Pavani" from Genoa, Italy. You'll recognize me because I have long blonde hair in the photo.
Hi, I know that at the moment (rightly) you no longer intend to support EFPSECE, and I can't wait to test EZGB, but I ask you a favor (a very last modification to EFPSECE) that in my opinion would help many of us: the ability, through scripts, to read and write text files. This would allow us to read and save variables and/or text externally, and thus be able to process them with external software (an example of what could be done is to partially integrate LLMs into the game, or even connect multiple games together sharing the same environmental variables...)
You would do us a huge favor by making this very small modification to EFPSECE, while we impatiently await EZGB.
Grazie mille!
