I reccomend signing the ACLU petition if you are an american. The ACLU has more political power than change.org https://action.aclu.org/petition/mastercard-sex-work-work-end-your-unjust-policy

Also consider: Contacting Members of Congress/any other government officials of the dangers of the mastercard/visa controlling the worlds payment and preventing purchase of legal goods they don't like Contacting Mastercard/Visa to complain. Collective shout did the same thing with only ~1000 people, there are more of us than there are of collective shout. Complain that fringe groups like Collective shout have targeted legal content. Please be respectful however. If you have invested in funds that own stock in visa/mastercard, or even own stock in them directly, contact about concerns of Visa/Mastercard cutting off revenue streams due to anti and fringe group pressure.

Also if you use mastercard or visa in anyway, contact them about how you are disappointed in that they are restricting the purchase of legal content.

Also if you are american, you can contact your members of congress about how you do not like payment companies being able to discriminate against legal purchases. There was a recent bill proposed that would prevent companies from doing things like that, but I can't find it atm.

If you are an investor of a fund that has stock in credit card companies, contact them about how payment processors caving into groups like Collective Shout could lose you money. Be fairly aggressive in your language, like demanding compensation, but not harassing of course.

Finally, if you use Mastercard or Visa, contact them about how you are disappointed in that they discriminate against legal purchases on behalf of random groups. If you do this, do not be agressive, but try to demand an actual person to talk to on the phone, and request higher management.

This is pathetic. Valve was at least able to compensate NSFW devs. The billion dollar megacorp is more charitable than you.

"Spineless Goons" is an insult to the owners of itch.io. They caved in to credit card companies who are demanding NSFW content be taken off this website, without any notice or compensation to the creators of NSFW content.

They most definitely will come after LGBTQ+ next. Collective Shout are in bed with Christian extremist organizations.
