Closed because of a DMCA on his Patreon account (Lovely Craft) that he used for the game.
Plus the development team he worked with for the game disbanded when they got hit with DMCA.

I just checked if the Patreon of Lovely Craft still exist, and turns out it does but they slowly trying to change it to something else and starting all over with making something new on it that has nothing to do about Minecraft.
They basically saying that they are so fed up with what Microsoft did to them.

Not really, since its all based around Minecraft, except the guest characters.
And the plot of the game is that its about the meme of using a minecraft piston to fuck a sheep thats stuck on a boat, so there is no way to change that since thats what the game is based around.

Plus the DMCA was because of Microsoft believe the game is damaging the reputation of Minecraft because its a Minecraft parody porn game.

They are the same dev, they just had a 2nd patreon site for the Lovely Craft game, but its now taken down due to DMCA.

The development team that worked on Lovely Craft disbanded when Microsoft gave them a DMCA. So no, it wont be getting any new updates because of Microsoft dont like the game because they think it damages Minecraft.

Basically if someone like SEGA and/or Microsoft saw the Jenny character or Rouge the Bat, they would be able to issue a DMCA for copyright infringement because they believe its damaging the reputation of the game its based of because its in a porn game.

It got changed because of recent events with games being taken down due to copyright issues, and also because of a game got hit with a DMCA because it had contents from Minecraft in a porn game.

A game not many weeks ago (Lovely Craft Piston Trap) got hit with a DMCA because it had Minecraft related scenery and characters in a porn game, which Microsoft deemed it was damaging Minecraft, so the developer of that game had to stop developing it.

This is also why the Jenny character from the roadmap is not coming, because it would give attention to Microsoft, and for the reason of Rouge the Bat is because they likely dont want SEGA to issue a DMCA or lawsuit.

Yeah, it got DMCA because Microsoft are going around and taking down games and mods that they think damages the games reputation.

For PocketSweeties 2 it would have been bad because of that they were using copyright characters from the Sonic games as a joke character for a porn game. And the Jenny update would have caught Microsoft's attention and DMCA it as well, so it was needed of them to change that so they would not be forced to shut down development.

That, but also because of what Microsoft did with a Minecraft parody porn game thats based on a meme. It got hit with a DMCA, which is probably why they wanted to avoid this as well.

The Patreon that they used for the game got taken down, which they posted the DMCA documents from because they wanted people to know about the DMCA from Microsoft. Now they only have their main one as Patreon.

Odd, because i just downloaed it right now, and it does not have that folder.

The Jenny mod still exist, its just under someone else right now, and i read that they soon ready for a new update for it.
(Mod now called Fapcraft, but its website for download has been flagged it as a virus, even though the mod was originally safe on that site) (Edit: the website for it is down because the new owner is keeping it down until they have a new update ready. Hopefully)

But yeah, its annoying when they take mods like those, because they think it damages the game, when in reality they just dont like the idea of people making lewd mods and not about protecting children and ect..
Cause lets face it, Minecraft is popular BECAUSE of the mods and games about it.

No such folder exist (unless  its from the patreon site you downloaded it from). You probably downloaded something trying to scam you and give you a virus.

Likely to avoid another strike from Microsoft that could put them for a lawsuit and get their account and everything they have worked on suspended or terminated.

Luckily they only took down his Lovely Craft account, not his original account on Patreon, but their development team that worked on the game got disbanded when the DMCA happened so there is none to help them with the game.

For anyone being confused in why they didn't add Jenny, is because of Microsoft would DMCA the game for having Minecraft related stuff in a porn game, because they think it damages Minecraft.

This has already happen with a different game that was based around a Minecraft meme.

I doubt thats the case, since their subscribestar site is purged.
And all i know was that the dev made a post on that site and said that they got hit by Covid, and that was before the site got purged.

But if you believe they still active, then i dont blame yah, but the fact the site is not showing anything on it anymore could very well mean that something happen to them.

No wonder i didnt find it. The other ones was able to be found from exploring, so i thought i was not able to get it.

Kinda confused with the latest update, as i cant find the frost shard in order to buy one of the books at the elf village.
And the woman that tells you about treasure cant tell me where it is either, and ive already found ALL the treasure that exist on each explorable zones.

In the end i just never been able to buy it and already completed everything else there is in the game.

Its because they only see the game as too short and not finished, so they want the game to get more updates.

Thing is the dev already quit years ago.

Not to mention that Nintendo would been targeting this game if it got developed more, since they REALLY like sueing any game that has anything  related to Nintendo in any aspect.
Especially if its Pokemon.

The dev has a short attention span, so they tend to make prototypes until there is one they feel worth working further with.
If you noticed their collection of games they have made, most of them are not even finished.

Here is the thing about that.
The games core is about making a parody game of Minecraft, that is based around a meme with a sheep on a boat being pistoned.
The thing is, Microsoft is very trigger happy recently with anything, so even if they changed it, Microsoft would just re-visit it and DMCA it one more time, and then it will not just be the game, but also the support site and Itch.

Besides, the dev thats making it lost the team that worked on it.
Meaning they cant do anything with it because of the DMCA scared them away.

Guys, read the lates devlog for gods sake.

Honestly, i feel it would just be better if Microsoft could stop being stupid about games being damaged by other games, cause clearly it does not damage the reputation of Minecraft.

I mean, this game is just based around what people been doing on Minecraft to begin with, just for jokes and memes.
All im seeing is that the person who is giving out the DMCA is likely a Karen type who does nothing more then want to have money in their own pocket.

Edit: It seems they lost the development team for the game, so they not able to work on it.

The biggest reason? Its because Microsoft owns Minecraft, and they believe that the game is violating  of having inappropriate content that could damage Minecraft.

They only use AI text to speech for the voices, they dont use ai for the characters or anything else.

I think they quit since its completely purged of anything on that site. Might be due to them once saying they got Covid, so they probably cant handle working anymore.

For anyone's notice, there is a public 0.0.35 public release build available, its just on their support site.
Fortunately they are set as publicly visible, so you should be able to find it and download it from there.

Not sure why they have not made a development log post here about the update and added it to download.

But its for now on Patreon.
Sadly not on Subscribestar, as that site has rules about that.

It was, but i think because of the Steam release they decided to make the game a paid product instead of a free game on a supportive subscription.
