Depending on where you are at the currency type changes. But the currency will always be the currency you use on your Steam account.Apparently they changed their normal pricing from 14,79€ to 11,83€. Which does explain your image showing 7,99$
steam removed my country's currency so i buy anything with USD, also i just bought it on steam for 6.39USD
