Hi, thank you for posting these! I recently used your audio for a small game I made (link to the game). I thought it was fine with you, because you put Free in the title. But as you didn't specify a license I wanted to check in, if you're ok with it.

Finally managed to kill some. I had to hide in the grass and shoot in random directions hoping to hit boars of screen. It's true that the boars are a bit fast, but I think that's fine for a stealth game in which you are not meant to be spotted. I think the bigger problem is that often the player can't reach hiding places without being seen or can't see any boars from the hiding places. The pixel art is really nice

This game is so cool. It doesn't feel like a game jam game. It feels like a small but finished puzzle game I'd randomly find on the internet.

Two small criticisms: I don't like the player leaving the ship automatically when getting close to the ground. The player often leaves the ship accidentally.

I didn't like the robots. It added some movement challenge that felt a bit unnecessary and frustrating while trying to solve the puzzles

Firefox 138.0.1 (64-bit) on Ubuntu. I tried a second time and didn't get the bug again.

Now that I could play more levels I think your game has nice difficulty scaling. It starts easy and gets more difficult over time. (I think you did this way better than me and also many other entries I played) I  would just like the difficulty to scale a bit more quickly e.g. exponential growth of pirates

Really like the music and somehow it has the menu with the best feel of the entries I player so far hahaha

I enjoyed the treasure collecting part, but just when it started to get a bit repetitive the space pirates attacked for a really nice change of pace. I really liked that moment.

Sadly when after the space pirate section the second level started the game seemed bugged. The space ship didn't pick up any more treasure.

Also playing again I couldn't find the hint again in the same point as before and always ran out of time before finding the hint. I like that you randomized the position of the hint, but I think the time limit is a bit short when you're not lucky to find the hint quickly

While playing I was a bit confused, because the description said to interact with suspicious areas, but the entire city looks quite normal, not like a crime scene. So I just walked around the city pressing E until I found a clue. I thought I had to find more than one clue so I continued walking around the city looking for more until the time was about to run out. I then went to the police station, made my accusation and won.

I liked the idea, but I think having visuals that give a clue about where to look, having multiple hints that have to be pieced together, and having hints pointing to the next point of interest would elevate the experience.

That said, I understand that you had limited time and the experience was quite fun.

I really liked the level design. Combat was nice even though I used the enemy AI getting stuck on corners a lot to beat the game. In the beginning it took me a moment to figure out that I had to shoot the bushes to continue. Maybe this could be communicated better. I think my highlight was the map showing me the main path and the important points of interest but not my current position. It gave me that nice sense of exploration like Hollow Knight or the first Zelda.

I liked the music and especially the animation + sfx of the jar opening and closing. The game play did feel a bit repetitive. My idea to make it more engaging while keeping the low stakes, relaxing game play, would be have more varied environments that include many diverse objects with the bugs hiding in between. I also think less but better hidden bugs would help to make collecting a bug  feel less like busywork and more like a reward for finding the bug. That said the art is amazing and reminds me of the Maya the Honey Bee tv series and my favorite part of minish cap if you know them. The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap is an underrated Zelda game | Polygon

Ah then I definitely have to try one more time to extract some loot. If I could make a suggestion regarding the quota, I think I'd introduce the mechanic and start the count down once the player manages to extract for the first (or maybe even second) time

Sounds, music, and art are really nice. Regarding gameplay I find finishing enemies with the super dash a bit difficult because there is usually a second enemy still alive blocking me from dashing through the first one especially with the skating movement making positioning a bit difficult. But I definitely want to return to get better and hopefully beat one of the bosses

I managed to beat normal mode and crab rave. But I'm not sure if there is some strategy or it's just about luck. I really liked how the shader tied the art style together.

I really like the games art. I think the game feels quite overwhelming at first with the long tutorial, many different mechanics, and the hub world with multiple things to do. I think I would have removed the three day limit for paying the bank because it adds a lot of pressure while I'm still just figuring out everything I have to do in the game. All that said I really like the core game play. Edit: I also don't really understand how to extract. maybe I didn't get far enough

Thank you for the feedback. You are guaranteed an item drop the first time you beat the boss. Afterwards it is random.

I'm thinking that I should have made this more clear within the game or even require more difficult challenges to unlock all items to increase the replayability

Amazing game and art and intro! Just small note. On my keyboard layout I had to press Y instead of Z

Thank you for the feedback. The snake being hard to see was initially a coincidence, but I decided to keep it for the camouflage hahaha

For anyone wondering how to unlock all items: Whether you get an item and which one you get is random after each time killing the snake. some items are more rare than others

I really liked the graphics. The game gets a bit repetitive after some time. I would have liked new ideas/more complexity/higher difficulty to be introduced the higher the score gets. Overall I liked the polished feel of the game itself and the menu

I liked the frantic game play and the frantic movement of the animals.

I would have been cool to get more points for smaller and faster animals.

Two small bugs. The quit button doesn't work and I could turn on full screen but couldn't turn it back off again.

Some sound effects would have been cool.

I liked the variety of different animals.

The combination of dodging and catching fish is really fun.

I felt like the graphics for the obstacles and the duck could be improved by more clearly following a common style.

I really liked the graphics for the fish, for the sea and the parallax background.

It would be nice if this game would save your high score.

I liked the art and the music.

The controls took some getting used to.

I also didn't immediately understand why running into the dinosaur sometimes hurt the player and sometimes didn't.

I think the most important improvement would be a clearly communicated goal. I just saw the meat price going up and down but didn't fully understand how it was tied to my actions.

The highlight for me was the boss design. I really liked the different attacks. I just wish the swipe attack and brown balls shot by the dinosaur were more dangerous while making it less likely to take damage from running into the dinosaur.
