I only mention the Discord server because it’s the only way to communicate with a larger group of people. If it were possible, I’d coordinate this through Itch, but unfortunately that’s not an option. I’m not doing this to promote myself, it’s simply the best option I could come up with. I hope you’re all doing well today. I have an idea I’d love to try out.

As you know, there are many game developers here on this platform who create amazing things. So I thought, what if we all worked together to develop one game?

I’m starting a collaborative project where anyone can contribute through a public Git repository. Whether you’re into programming, art, animation, UI, sound, or just getting started — you’re welcome to join.

The goal: Create a full game together. From the first idea all the way to release.

How it works:

• Open to everyone (beginner to experienced)
• Public Git repo (contribute via pull requests)
• Community-driven decisions
• Organized through Discord
• If multiple ideas/mechanics are submitted, we test or vote on what stays

I’ll coordinate all to keep things moving, but this is a shared project, so the direction comes from all of us.

More details (to be decided together):

• Game genre & scope
• Tools/engine (Unity, Godot, etc.)
• Art style & direction
• and so much more

Timeline: Start: May 11, 2026 End: December 31, 2026

This is a great chance to collaborate, learn, build something for your portfolio, and be part of a community project from start to finish.

I always try to make the menus as polished as possible, because I hate it when you can't customize the game settings to your liking.

The first night is not much to do, so the player can look around and check everything out. But each night there are more patients that you have to deal with and the horror gets more intense.

There was more planed to do with the patients, but as you know 1 week is just not enough time for everything...

The game looks fantastic! The only problem was the input.

For one week, great work!

I am a solo programmer, that is currently working on developing a new horror game. To take it one step further, I would like to add an appealing user interface and suitable music/sound effects. Since I'm not very familiar with design and don't have the necessary audio files, I thought it would be worth asking for help.
