This one stands out visually almost immediately. The art direction and presentation feel really polished for a jam game, and the atmosphere helps pull you into the experience fast. The gameplay is simple to understand but still engaging enough to keep playing, which is honestly one of the hardest things to get right in a short jam.
The core mechanic feels polished and easy to understand, which is super important in a jam game. I liked how quickly the game gets you into the action without overcomplicating things. The theme integration also feels natural instead of forced, which helped it stand out.
Visuals are clean and readable, and the gameplay loop stays engaging for a good amount of time. Audio could maybe use a bit more punch or variation during longer play sessions, but overall it’s a really solid submission for the timeframe.
The pixel-art office style is honestly really charming and fits the corporate “LinkedIn grindset” vibe well. The atmosphere also feels intentionally quiet and awkward in a way that matches the theme nicely.
The biggest thing holding it back is the gameplay loop — there just isn’t enough interaction yet to keep the player engaged for long. Adding more choices, mini mechanics, or progression would really help. Audio could also be pushed further with music or stronger sound feedback since some players mentioned it felt very quiet.
Still, for a solo jam game, the concept is creative and memorable, and the visual presentation already gives it personality
The atmosphere and progression through the different biomes are really charming, and the music/sound design carry the cozy vibe well. The dew/shop system also gives the player a reason to keep climbing.
The main thing holding it back is the vine physics — a lot of players mentioned the swinging can feel stiff or unpredictable at times, especially when momentum suddenly launches you. But for a jam game made in a short time, it’s honestly impressive and has a strong foundation.
Really cool idea with the two-form switching mechanic. Once I figured out the Tab key, the gameplay started to make sense and the movement felt smooth. I also liked the transparent wall effect when the camera view gets blocked.
A small controls screen/tutorial would help a lot, and the camera/platform movement could use a bit of polish. But the core concept is strong and could become really fun with more levels. Great work for a solo jam entry!
Really clever interpretation of the theme! The detective notebook mechanic made the investigation feel engaging, and the hamster detective idea gave the game a lot of charm. I liked how the clues connected together while exploring the environment. The art style and overall atmosphere fit the cozy mystery vibe well, and the simple controls made it easy to jump straight in.
A few things that could improve the experience even more would be adding stronger sound design, more environmental detail, and clearer feedback when discovering important clues. Some extra dialogue personality and little animations would also make the world feel even more alive.
Overall though, this feels like a genuinely fun game concept with a strong foundation, especially for a game jam. Great work!
Fun little clicker game with a funny concept and simple gameplay loop. I liked the whole “trying to get better Wi-Fi” idea — it feels chaotic in a good way and fits the jam spirit well. Since it’s your first game jam, this is honestly a solid effort. Adding more upgrades, sounds, and progression would make it even more addictive, but it already has a charming goofy vibe. Nice work and keep making games!
Really atmospheric experience with the fog, lighting, and overall presentation. The game creates a strong emotional vibe and felt different from a lot of the other jam entries. I especially liked how the environment guided the player naturally through the story. Movement felt a little heavy at times, but honestly it kind of added to the reflective mood of the game. Great job creating such a memorable experience in a short jam timeframe!
Really chill fantasy vibe and I liked the idea of exploring the Island of Hope after coming through the portal. The world felt calm and cozy, and the game ran smoothly during my playthrough. I think adding clearer direction and a bit more interaction or gameplay variety would make it even stronger, but overall it was enjoyable and has a good foundation. Nice work!
