The idea behind the car was that after it was manufactured and sold, nobody cared about the toy anymore so as soon as its ownder got tired of it it ended up in the landfill, wasting materials ect., but you are right that there was literally nothing to convey that. The bacteria is called "deinococcus radiodurans" but it doesnt have a human name.

The fight and story elements together are cool and the auto attack mechanic is new to me but was nice to play with. I have no idea how you would even balance the difficulty if "the skill of attacking" doesn't matter (because its done for you) but it felt decently well balanced. The animation of the player could be a little less stiff, maybe some up and down motion. The idea with the contract is good. Edit: making your own music is rlly tuff

I was reading through the page explaining how to host game jams bc im considering doing so, and there's a chance you can depending on the settings the host chose. just try and you'll find out

Thanks! Coming up with the character was pretty simple, I looked up bacteria that don't need oxygen and just picked the prettiest one lol. Its this one i believe

I started leaning godot last year and i don't think i could make a rhythm game, great work!

I've never encountered a game like this where you move in all three dimensions. I was confused when the controls said up and down, but this is so cool!

I think the hitboxes of the collectables should be a tad bit bigger. The movement doesn't feel very satisfying but its very well balanced with the speed of the enemies. Oustide of that, pretty sweet

Even with the tutorial, I was confused. I did eventually understood what i had to do, but I couldn't figure out how exactly it was meant to be achieved. Some things to make it more intuitive could be: Mouse aiming (Easier to be precise or just slow down the rotation because its a bit hard to use right now), Visible electron "Force fields" maybe when you hover them with the mouse, a short arrow previewing the start of the flight path (not too long or it will be too easy). It's also really finicky to play in browser because the game is bigger than my screen, and when i fullscreen it it also doesn't fit correctly. The story is cool and i like your approach on the theme. 

The visuals are beautiful and i love the shader use. The Meshes are also very good looking. I was disapointed by the randomly occuring serif font because it didn't fit in visually at all. The movement is good, but i think it could feel a bit more satisfying. It works well inside the spaceship but in the much bigger outside it occasionally feels a bit slow. As you mentioned I was confused at fist but i got the hang of it pretty easely, the enviroment is selfexplanetory.

The flying feels smooth and fast, i like that

I can't run the web version, it throws an error and gets stuck loading, but the download works fine. The graphics are very well done

my favorite part were the popups at the end, im currently researching game mechanics for a game jam, thanks for this game

i think if you make sure the license allows for it its fine. wikipedia is known for having atrocious pictures of celebreties because of license limitations, but at least that implies there are some out there

it sais you can use anything so i assume its fine if you can pull it off

Is there a Discord server? Where does communication take place?

oh okay thats definetly a problem but i cant do much sorry, its probably your device because it doesnt happen to me.

I checked and the game breaks when i do it.  That might be one of the next things i will learn, but for now i can't really do anything about it.

why do you consider this a problem? i will try to change this but im pretty sure it will break it.
