Thank you for the feedback and for playing! I'm glad the tension worked out!
Lighting was somethin g I was considering because it did seem dark, I just was afraid to make it too "light".
Thanks for the feedback:)
Thanks for the super detailed breakdown! I love when people are able to find their own reasoning and outcomes within such a small story.
I will say the pizza text did not slowly disappear while eating hahaha, but that is something I could implement for the next one!
I'm glad you enjoyed, and I appreciate you playing and your feedback :)
I think one of the few notes I have is, I'd remove the blurry vision when your health drops below a certain point. Or make it a timed event where it happens when damage is receive, and maybe the lower your health is the longer that event happens. But just running around trying to find things while your screen is super blurry is difficult. I jumped off the balcony and the fall damage made it so I couldn't make anything out.
But, you have a fully crafted game here. I have no notes, it was set up well, had options, credits, start to finish. You set up atmosphere, interactions, and everything else that's needed.
This was awesome, well done!
Reminded me of the old flash games from back in the day! I'd add more subtle clues and guidance for players. Even if some things can tend to be a little more obvious, you'd be suprised how many people miss things. Or add some kind of cue to it, a twinkle or something to attact the players eyes to their objecting(if you wanna go the way of not showing obvious text)
Keep going though, use what you learned here for the next one!
Nice little mix of 3d/2d. You have a lot of the core concepts of making games down! A lot of really good simple interactions and stuff go a long way, so I liked how I was able to "inspect" almost all of the objects/items. It's silly to some players, but I enjoy stuff like that. Those are the best places to hide easter eggs.
Use what you learned on this jam to make your next game even better!
Well Done! Keep Going
You captured a lot of the "feedback" with interactions super well. It honestly felt like a high quality indie game you'd see on steam or something. The pops and crashed after interactions with the screen shakes, really really really well done.
Much shorter than I was anticipating, I'd flesh out more of the concept you're wanting to go for, if this is going to be a proof of concept or pitch for a full game. Maybe some kind of loop in the end, or something where you have to light candles that go out and forces you to run back and forth....idk...
either way what you have here is a nice little treat! Well Done!
Heyo!
Itch.io has no messaging system, but I launched another game and would love for you to check it out! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I'm late to the party on this one, but man was this awesome to play. I'd love to see it more fleshed out, more eerie, spooky music etc etc.
I could see this being a paid indie title on steam where you deliver pizzas but have to gauge if you die to a customer or not.
The driving felt pretty solid too, albeit a little "floaty". Still felt good.
Well done!
I like the idea and concept youre going for here. Its super unique, I think some of the movement can be sped up and smoothed out a little bit.
I agree with a few others on making the art style more consistent, Just so everything is more on theme with what you want. But over all this was a fun little experience! Keep going :)
This was so awesome!!!!!!!! The whale making noises in the background as you run around was just a chefs kiss.
My only note is make it longer and elaborate more. More weird and strange villagers!
Would love it if you'd check my game out (Maybe we can Collab and I can provide some voice overs for your next one).
Awesome experience though, so cool :)
I love the vibe of this game. Brings me back to N64 days, love it. And that revolver reload animation, absolutely loved that! Well done.
I think some of the laser shooting the AI was doing caught me off guard, before I knew it I was down to 11 HP without much time for me to react.
I'd personally shorten some of the dialogue, but that's just me, maybe add an option to skip to the next line for fast readers?
And there was a typo in the beginning, if you care, on the word exactly :)
All in all, well done, I loved playing this!
Keep making games!
I missed this comment somehow!
AHHHHHH! I'm glad you saw the credits. I didnt think anyone would catch on to them. And thanks for the voice acting notes, they were done by me, well the partner cop anyways, but thanks so much! And youre the first person to say the ending dragged on a little too much, must of the feedback has been that it was too short. I'll note it down!
Thanks a lot for playing and for the feedback!:)
