Having the same issue. I unlocked Lira through the story and have already done the other quests, so I was confused as well as to why some options simply didn't work.  I thought "I'll just exit and reload the save", but this completely resets Lira's quest.

Has this been updated for the latest version of the game? And if not, will it be?

There is no list because there's only one code.

Can confirm. All the files have been removed. I had just reinstalled the game today and wanted to add some of my favorite mods, only to find most of them gone.
