When the game first had a Steam page, there were a few people going to the forums to post ragebait because gay furry porn game is an easy target, so the easiest thing to do was just lock down the board. There's generally less shitters/more active global moderation here.

I get the feeling it might be failing to copy the file,  but this is very hard for me to diagnose.

Under the storage info for Kemopop!, how large is data? It should be ~378MB with the DLC correctly installed.

For reference, I have no problem installing on a Samsung S23 with the default OS.

Hi, I don't know. The game engine was updated which may have effected the version requirement. But the minimum SDK is set to Android 7.

Yes, generally Android is very strict with file IO. 

I can solve the issue with the same technique used to make the DLC installer.
