Unfortunately, I can’t share the Aseprite files because they aren’t organized enough. Instead, I’ve re-edited the Wizard Orc’s animations without the VFX. If you want to edit them, open the Sprite Sheet in Aseprite, click File > Import > Import Sprite Sheet, and if you set the frames to 128x128, you’ll be able to edit them easily.
It’s a highly addictive game with a really engaging narrative. I finished the demo in 15–20 minutes without unlocking all the perks, and I’d like to give some feedback:
I felt there wasn’t enough of an element of surprise and lore content. If you added elements in certain areas that would catch the player off guard—like a mysterious side character or creatures that evoke emotion—that would be great. You could tie the player into the lore a bit more.
I noticed that the fire from the flamethrower gets stuck on wall edges. It would be nice if there were edges the character can’t pass through but the fire can.
Other than that, it’s a well-crafted game with solid mechanics. Congratulations and best of luck.
