I really do like the story telling and the game feels like a complete experience. Difficulty increased massive on the boss, but also found a way to cheese it.

Clever jump mechanics that fit the character perfectly. The speakers are - literally - underwater. Well played.

Gameplay, artwork, theme, and speaker - everything fits together perfectly. The attention to detail with small effects and the polished UI is impressive. I'm genuinely excited by it.

At first, I desperately tried to use the speaker, only to realize it's unlocked after the first mission. Once it kicks in, the game transforms from a simple "left-to-right" experience into a strategic planning and execution challenge. Well done!

Very consistent style, it really captures that "drill corporation"-building vibe. I’m not sure where the speaker is located, though.

Short and snappy - I didn’t just find a Ravefish, I threw a rave. The colors and pixel art are fantastic.

This must be what juggling feels like. The wonky physics and water controls fit together perfectly, proving that a great game can emerge even with reduced graphics. It’s a bit of a shame that I only get to hear snippets of most songs - they sound like absolute bangers and are so different. My favorite was Channel 31.

Great concept that motivates you to try again  - you genuinely feel like you can improve. The animations are lovingly crafted, and the overall style is cohesive. This feels like a complete game. It would also work perfectly on smartphones.

Bonus points for the sound menu behavior and the leaderboard.

Stunning visuals - everything comes together really well and it feels like a complete game. A mermaid with a Boombox is also a fantastic idea. I had a bit of trouble with the hitboxes, as fish I’d already boomed still managed to damage me.

Bullet hell, neon colors, synced sound and a rogue-lite progression - this game ticks all the right boxes for me. It's a fun twist to a simple core mechanic, making it surprisingly enjoyable. The difficulty is well balanced.

Snake meets PacMan, and occasionally, a pirate takes a dump on me. Played through many levels.

By the way, thanks for not making me restart the entire game when a shark eats me, just restarting the level is a good idea.

I’m not entirely sure, but I think I might have encountered a bug. Now and then it looks like this:

Lots of sharks coming at me - and I’m blind most of the time. I like the idea of a memory-based game, and it works well here. To perfect the gameplay loop, you could gradually increase the number of shark positions players need to remember over time. This would ramp up the challenge and replayability.

I wanted to play a game, but instead, I learned something about life. Games can do more than just entertain - they can, as in this case, invite self-reflection. Thank you.

I love rhythm games. The visuals and sound are on point and could easily be used in a full game. The theme and objectives are perfectly executed. I’m just not sure if it’s me, but I only manage to get through a few sections before having to start over.

I'm probably missing something, but open doesn't do the thing here:

Beautiful artwork. I had to switch to fullscreen to be able to start the game.

I feel like it could use a bit more explanation regarding the core gameplay loop. I restarted several times and, with a bit of luck, managed to "sonar" a fish and harpoon it. But I’m not sure how I get new harpoon shots or sonars.

Clever use of a sonar and the darkness and soundtrack add up to a atmosphere. Because of the speedup it feels like i will fail eventually.

Unstoppable and eating humans to destroy the speakers. This is exactly how being a shark should feel!

The game is short, but the core idea of combining time management (dryness) with a full-on rampage works really well, and could be expanded into a longer more gory experience.

Really brilliant! Don’t be fooled by the simple art style, there are some very cool concepts and ideas behind this game.

I had some trouble with the controls, especially because "W" is used both for accelerating and tapping. Maybe that could be solved by using Mouse Button 1 instead.

Unfortunately, I got stuck pretty early and didn’t know how to continue because I failed at a wall where the shrimp stands in front of (maybe a missed oportunity to implement "help").

Still, I really enjoyed what I played so far!

I don’t play the game - the game plays me.

Several minutes in, and I still have no idea what I’m doing. I move slowly, and hordes of fish graciously crash on me. I move fast, and they still crash on me... but I still don't gain XP. Is this zen? Is this performance art? I don’t know - and I think that’s part of the magic.

The art style is absolutely gorgeous, and the music fits the vibe perfectly. I just wish I knew what the vibe is.

Thanks so much for playing our game!

We teamed up together as a group of three to create it, which gave us some extra time to focus on the art and animation. Everything except Professor Coral was made by my two super talented teammates during the jam

A lovely homage to the childhood classic Blobby Volley. Thank you! What I love most is that you can "cheat" a little. The CPU crab works really well.

The art style is perfect and the fish are simple, yet full of personality, and the speaker is the central element of the game. It really gives off a "my little aquarium" feeling.

Another nice touch: it doesn't turn into an idle game, you still have to catch everything yourself.

I find myself somewhere in the ocean, receiving divine inspiration about what to do next, and follow my sonar into the depths - only to get smacked around by sharks. But my speaker doesn't just take, it also gives. First, small halos to collect, and then even a friendlier encounter than a shark.

A truly wonderful, meditative underwater experience! The performance in the browser was a bit sluggish at first, but quickly smoothed out after a few seconds.

Lovely creatures of the deep that go perfectly with the soundtrack and have a consistent art style. The increasing difficulty over time is motivating! A beautiful game.

The art style fits together perfectly, and the power-ups create that classic "just one more round" motivation. The "speaker" isn’t just  - it’s an essential part of the game, alongside the strong messaging.

It's like FlappyBird damped by water but the Sonar lets you view obstacles not yet on your screen! Nice Idea.
Quick Restart crashes my boat because it seems to not reset but just let you play on the same way.

I had no fps problems as far as i can tell. Game got a agar.io vibe! Simple but addicting!

Thank you for playing my game! I didn't want to make the game to hard. Maybe i have gone too far. The boss getting pushed out of arena, is a bug, sorry!

Thank you for playing my game!

"The theme will be posted in the forums when the jam starts to prevent people from getting a headstart." - what does this mean then?

Would love to see more levels! Really great game and perfect use of gravity.

Really cute game! The lunch boxes are a nice way to progress.

nom nom nom! like the mechanic
