Thanks!

Hi, thanks again for the feedback.

I just finished an update that adds a sanity system and hallucinations to try to get that feeling of unease you were talking about. I also added some small things like footstep sounds and ambience to make it feel more immersive. I will try to work on this more in future updates but its a start

You can read the devlog here if you want.

Your advice was really useful and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate it.

Thank you for the feedback! I will definitely try to work on this

nvm I saw your other post, thanks for playing it!

Thanks! Do you have any suggestions for it or feel like I could improve anything?

Tummas

First person horror game.

Find parts to fix a broken car, radio static gets louder the closer he is.

This is my first game and I would really appreciate any feedback.

play it here.

Tummas.

Find parts to fix a broken car to escape the woods.

The closer he is, the more interference you will hear over the radio.

If you see a light, run.

I just made a first person horror game if you're interested. Would love feedback.

Tummas

Hi, this is my first game, if you have time please try it and give feedback.

Hi, a few days ago I published my first game on Itch called "Tummas".

It's a first person horror game where you try to find parts for a broken car while Tummas is chasing you and you can tell how far he is by listening to how loud the radio static is.

You can try the game here.

The game is playable and can be scary but I feel like it's a bit boring and sometimes can feel really cheap. For example, when you hear the noise and you don't know where he is, it feels pretty scary, same if you see him in the distance, but when he's close to you and chasing you, you can run backwards and see him, and it's not that scary because you get a good look at him and can see it's just a simple 3d model. Also, looking for all the parts can be boring sometimes, I tried to make it easier by adding a map to see where the buildings are, and making a duplicate of each part so there's more of a chance that you'll find it, but it still feels like a grind to find all the parts sometimes.

creepy from more of a distance
kind of eerie when not up close

not as scary up close
the map

If you noticed any of these things or have ideas on how to fix them please let me know.

Also if you have any feedback/suggestions in general that would be very much appreciated.

I actually released this game a few days ago but I just learned about posting my game here.

Tummas is a short(ish) horror game taking about 10-15 minutes to beat if you've never played before. You are stuck in a dark forest with a creepy dark monster named Tummas looking for you. You can tell how far away he is by listening for interference on your radio that gets louder as he gets closer. You can also see him from a distance if you notice a light. To escape you need to find 5 missing car parts that are hidden in various buildings across the map and attach them to a broken car.

This game was made in under a week so it's playable right now but still kind of under development. If anyone has suggestions or ideas for this game I'd love to hear them as I don't really know where to go with this project right now.

You can play the game here.

An abandoned appartment

This is my first game on itch and probably my first completed project. I came up with the idea with some cousins and we started to work on it, which I continued to work on and completed last Thursday. I will probably keep working on this game until I can think of another idea for a game.

Thank's for making a video!

Do you mind if I put your video on the page as a gameplay video for now?
