I think there are a lot of ways you could take it! If you wanted to expand it for multiple people then adding rules for player interaction and how the party takes care everyone as everything falls apart and if you want it to remain solo then I think adding more depth for how you interact with the npcs in your camp and how they interact with each other. For example adding events where they request things of you and depending on how you respond, changes how favorably they think of you and if favorability gets too low something bad happens etc etc.

DUDE I LOVE THIS! Honestly I think a lot could be expanded upon it if desired. I wish more people made stuff like this. Walking games and games that introduce their rules through an in-universe style are chef's kiss. I need to try and make one at some point. Best believe I am gonna be walking around my campus like a weirdo givin this a try!
I love how simple yet creative it is! I do have a question tho. Does the winner of most games come down to whoever went first, since at its core you are just going back and fourth removing 1 hp from each other until someone dies, so whoever goes first has a massive advantage, or is there enough room for someone's turn to get messed up by something like counter spell so that the game isn't that black and white? Obviously the focus of the game is on it being creative fun and goofy, not competitive, but I am still curious. Regardless I am excited to give it it a try!
This is a lovey game with clear rules and great art. I love the sense of progression, which is something I wish I could have put in my game. One question I have is, why do you have it read from right to left instead of left to right? At first I started reading the bit about event resolution before realizing I needed to start on the right side of the page. To be fair there is a big title over there LOL. Was this a style or organization choice?
that is 100% part of it! I love the degraded and nostalgic feel it brings forth. It is a vibe that creeps into a lot of the photos I take. The photo in for the cover is one I took years ago but is something I have always wanted to use for something. I am really glad I got the chance with this! I think more people should approach putting TTRPGs in the modern day since it can often be far more relatable to play as a young adult trying to get out of their dead end town, vs being a 4ft talk barbarian gnome named Yumyumbigtoe the third or something... granted that sounds fun too.
