Muchas gracias! :)

Hola Diora!

What a ride! I really enjoyed the humor. I got stuck more than I should have (trying every item on everything), but I think I managed to finish it (POV of God and the flying face). Really creepy, really fun! You might want to add a warning, though… the level of self-harm went through the roof! :)

Thanks for the feedback! The best way to play for now is with a controller, but I’ll take note of the mouse option. That said, you can change the direction of the vertical axis in the settings. I haven’t tested it too much, but it should work. :)

Muchas gracias!

Thank you! Yes, both of those issues might need a little more work. I'm planning to keep working on this concept, so I will definitely address those problems.

Really fun game! The race visualization is clever, and the animation style is very cute. The runner animation when the snake collides with itself made me chuckle.

Thank you! Really appreciate it!! :)

Thank you! I saw this jam as an exercise in “art direction” (I’m not a professional artist), so I really appreciate the positive feedback on it!

Muchas gracias!

Thank you for your feedback! I’m sorry to hear you had performance issues. I developed the game on a fairly old computer where I consistently got 60 FPS, so I assumed it would run well enough for most players.

I’ll make a note about enhancing the feedback when the player absorbs the cubes. I did have a sound effect, but I felt it interfered with the song, so I removed it. I’ll see what I can do visually instead. :)

Really great work on the art style and tone of the game! What I enjoyed the most, though, was the gameplay, a simple but fun idea that fits perfectly with the mood. Really nice!

I had a lot of fun playing this. To be honest, I couldn’t really see what was happening with the ball and everything else on the right side of the screen, but that might just be me. The only thing I really missed was the ability to configure the keys, though I guess that’s part of the learning curve and challenge of the game. The sync between the notes and the music felt spot on, and that’s the most important thing in this kind of game. Great work!

I really like the concept and execution of your game. The only difference between this and parts of my real life is that I’d need the coffee at least four times a day… and the bugs definitely wouldn’t go away so easily. :)

I’m still not sure whether being able to collect coins without energy, just waiting for the bugs to throw some your way, is a bug, or an intentional commentary on the psychological effects of a poor work-life balance. Either way, it’s a really great entry!

This is hands down the most personal entry I've seen in the Jam. You made me laugh and almost tear up. It also works perfectly with the background song. Really well done, sir! :)

I really liked the visual style, though I noticed some elements (like the lamps) seemed upside down. I’m not sure if that was intentional, but for me, they actually worked well with the overall tone of the experience.

On a technical note, I had quite a few issues trying to play the game in the browser. A few days ago, I sent a message about a memory error while loading the game, but I removed it because the next day I was able to load it, though I didn’t have time to really play. Since then, I haven’t been able to get it working in the browser, so I ended up downloading the Windows version instead.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate it! Yes, the song is a banger, and I really tried to build something unique around it :)
