Ummm I don't think i recall that. However, Godot does have a lag spike issue when caching shaders for the first time. So the could be the cause.

Well done! Visuals look great, UI is very smooth, and great choice of music!

Oh wow, thanks so much for your kind words and feedback!!

I believe I did export with the audio off. That will be fixed in the next update! You're also right about the green / red indicators. That is an issue that was reported to me from another user and I also plan to fix that in the next update.

Interesting about the game running behind the task bar, I'll also take a look at that. I'm on Mac only so testing on Windows has been a chore.

The books do... nothing 😅 I just thought they were fun to push around and also a bit of an obstacle in some cases. You know, sometimes knowledge is a burden. but I would like them to play a roll in the future. Any suggestions on how that could be done?

Once again, really appreciate your comment! Stay tuned for future updates! I'll be adding  more chapters, and eventually a finished opening cutscene!

Ohhh damn... That's very strange but really good to know. That PC should have no problem running the game.

I just uploaded a new version of the game (v0.2), and also upgraded my version of Godot so maybe that will help? I tested it on an Intel i5-8500T with an integrated graphics chip. Ran like crap but it did load. Would love to hear if you get this version to load!

Still going to keep looking into this. Appreciate your comment!

And we can accept builds for WebGL, Desktop, Mobile. Whatever is most comfortable for you!

Nevermind! I figured it out.

For those who may search for this:
The grass.gd script has an erase(position, radius) function. It's waiting for you. :)

Hey! Is it possible to set up the player with an Eraser brush at runtime?
