My biggest disappointment with this game is that there aren't more levels. You did a really great job introducing all the different mechanics in a way that felt natural and intuitive. The art reminds me of Baba is You and Night in the Woods. Again I feel like this mechanics have so much potential, would love to see more

This is the most interesting take on 2048 I've seen yet. Really unique concept that felt very satisfying to play. Good job on all the hit effects. It did take me a while to realize that my bat was facing towards where my mouse was. I had assumed it would swing in the direction I was moving. Once I figured that out, everything clicked
Loved the art and music. The voice lines for the enemies are very funny. The presentation reminds me of Earthbound. It took me a while to figure out what to do but after that the game was pretty easy. Not sure how you would ramp up the difficulty or add more depth to the concept but I still enjoyed me time with the game
Interesting game. I didn't read the description first so I was very confused about what I was doing wrong. I thought the sprite art was really good. Along with the scan line effect you added. The game seemed a little too easy, since you almost always are rolling more dice than the enemies. Combat does get more interesting when you have to fight multiple enemies at the same time. I'd love to roll more dice sooner so I could fight more enemies at once. I did find a bug where after I beat the last enemy in a floor and one of my abilities activated but I couldn't continue past that point.
Love the idea of having to give an impromptu speech and turning that into a game. And I don't think I've ever seen a jam game with voice acting before, I'm super impressed. I do wish that instead of the timer ticking down in real time you only had a fixed number of questions you could ask before you had to give the speech. It felt bad that I was skipping through the voice acting. Overall I really liked the style and character art for this game. I thought it was a really original idea
As a fan of the Etrian Odyssey series I'm so happy someone made a first person dungeon crawler. I loved it! I beat the whole thing in one sitting. The sprite art and music were top notch. I thought the whole cutting things in half mechanic to be a really simple but clever idea that had it's own interesting trade-off. Also thought it was nice that the candle in the UI slowly drips down. My only complaint was sometimes I would get mixed up on what I was selecting. Also would've liked to see a bit more upgrades. Overall, one of my favorite games of the jam so far
Cool game. Felt really fun to just let it rip and ricocheting like crazy. The polish is really nice. This might be just a personal preference but the amount of screen shake and particle effects might be a little too much for me. Also one bug I ran into was I would have to refresh the page every time I died. Overall, really satisfying to play
I've played some other games like this but I really like how you tied the mechanics and narrative together here. The art is super nice and love how the music progresses as you reach the end of your timer. Also liked how the player character real comment on the every moment added a lot of weight to what was going on. Something I didn't like was the platforming. I kept slipping off platforms and the wall clinging was really annoying, especially when I was trying to go fast. Also I might just be dumb but it took me forever to figure out you could push that first block so I was stuck for a while at the start
Really cute art but don't understand what I'm supposed to do. Took me a while to figure out everything was mouse controlled but even then I'm not sure if doing any of the mini games right? Wish there was more feedback or a score. Also wish there were more many games, I kept getting the same two back to back
Cool art style! Loved the ideas behind using egg timers. Feels like there's a lot for the player to explore. However I did find that I could clear every level just by spamming the basic unit set to three seconds. I did also run into a couple bugs like falling through the floor and the camera being hard to control (it works perfectly if you play in full screen however)
Love the art style. I've seem other games have you count down with your fingers but this one was a particularly cool way to do it. I think for this jam, I would have actually liked to see less movement mechanics. Feel like I didn't get to really explore each mechanic to it's fullest before getting introduce to a new one.
Incredible presentation, love the charm packed into every interaction. Really impressed by all the particle effects and little animations. The music and sound design are great to. This game has a such a strong presentation and is such a cool take on the theme. Genuinelyimpressed you were able to craft this in four days.
I did complete all the tasks but I'm stumped on what to do next. I get the keyboard thing and how to change color but no clue on where to go from there. Feels like I'm supposed to go into the blackhole but that doesn't seem possible
Please sir, my burger ... it is very cold.
Loved this game! Thought the idea of an apocalyptic Papa's Freezeria where you man a bunch of microwaves to be super cool. Loved the overall vibe and atmosphere. You knocked it out of the park with the writing and really felt the pressure of making sure people don't freeze to death.
Very cool game. Respect that you made an online game. I thought the presentation was nice and I appreciated all the tool tips breaking things down. Only thing I struggled with was figuring out how to upgrade things. Also I matched against someone with three patch kits II. They weren't abled to damage me and I wasn't able to damage them but for some reason I ended up losing?
Nice submission! Took me a little bit to figure out the objective. Enjoyed the sound design behind all the clicks. I'm still trying to figure out if there's a strategy to it or if the pins that get raised up after you push one down are random. Also would've liked to see some sort of score counter. Something like that would fit this game nicely
Loved the art and all the little bits of polish. Super fun take on the theme. My only two notes are:
I wish there was a visible timer, or some sort of indication for when times about to run out
I wish there was an endpoint, I feel like I'd be more motivated to keep playing if I knew I had a limited number of headlines to try and make the highest score
What a delightful puzzle game. Easily one of my favorite games of the jam. I had a similar idea but was worried about coming up with puzzles. But you guys knocked it out of the park. It's super simple concept and you did a great job of easing players into the complexity. I also really love the animation of the ghost along with the music and sfx. I will saw I am little disappointed you can't rotate every tile only certain ones, but I guess that would make the game too easy if you could.
I will be coming back after the jam to beat all the levels!
The art music are sick. Absolutely love how everything looks and feels here. All the upgrades are really cool tool. My only two nitpicks are one, having to click on spin to roll new upgrades. I feel like if you aren't able to do anything but spin then it should just happen automatically. I feel like the mage enemies ramp up the difficulty a little too much since you have to dodge their bullets but you don't have precise control over your own movement. There were times were it felt I was being put in an impossible situation and just had to take the hit
I really struggled to enjoy this game. One, it's weird that you start the game by facing a cliff and having the cloud tell you to follow it. I thought it wanted me to try jump off of it at first. Two, I decided to play this game without reading the itch page which was a huge mistake. I had no idea that you could interact with things. So I skipped past everything and was bored by how large and empty the levels were. Three, it was impossible to know where my slingshot would hit so creating the bridge was pure trial and error. Then I spent forever figuring how to make the sprout grow under the cloud. It was by accident I discovered you could interact with things. Everything in that area kept referring to a flashlight but I had no idea where to get one. That's when I decided to read the itch page and learned you start with the flashlight. From there I found the next two puzzles were more pure trial and error. And I beat the next two bosses by standing directly in front of them and shooting them until they died.
The art, music and writing are superb but the game design is a real let down. Also this game doesn't seem to implement the theme of the jam
What a strange and silly game. Sound fx added a lot to the experience. I wonder how the game would be if the enemy could also grapple or if there were multiple enemies facing you at once. I also feel like the scoring might need some tweaking, since you can just continuously grapple someone in front of you to rack up points.
Really beautiful game, loved all the art and sound effects. I thought it was a very clever idea to have every level have a random goal. I will say the platforming did feel a bit clunky and it took a while to get used to. Also I wished the randomness of the wand mattered more. I only ever saw three different spells and two of them basically did the same thing. I also wished there was some sort of indicator for when the dash recharged.
I sunk a lot more time into this game than I was expecting to. I feel like there's a ton depth and complexity to unlock here. But I think my brain is too small to make the connections. Some synergies and strategies seem obvious. Like putting the sun flower at the end of the chain of putting a safe above Charybdis. I discovered by accident that the clock can off set the timing of a chain when I put it near a washing machine but I couldn't figure any practical application of that. I did really enjoy this game but I feel like there's so much I'm missing out on. I appreciate the sandbox mode but I wish the game had a more guided approach in teaching some of the more advanced strategies.
Did also want to add that I really liked all the sprite art, music and animations. The only problem I had visually was that I struggled to move pieces around after placing them. A lot of times I would have to move all the pieces in front of one the one I actually wanted to move.
Maybe my favorite legally distinct battle top game I've played this jam. The polish here is impressive. Every hit feels really satisfying with the sfx and particle effects you added. I really like the build variety here and the controls were very intuitive. I think would prefer to be able to see the enemy health bar. I think that would better help people understand how spin, weight, and damage interact with each other. Also I would've liked a little write up on each challenger before you face them. Maybe giving a clue on how to counter their build
