Is there an easy way to just set the Stat points an  Actor can spend to a variable?

Also if you are in there, is there anyway to make the skill and Item menu picture on selection stay up?  In the pictures you can see once you select a skill the skills are just kinda floating.

" I am currently a Patreon Supporter and would love to download this pack as is but on Patreon I have to search and download them all individually is there a way to download them all at once as a pack as a Patreon supporter? If so sorryfor the dumb question its just a pain to download one at a time.
