It's mostly my fault, they look jumpy because I update their direction randomly so you can Dodge them; gives them a sense of stupidity as they glide right past you

Thanks! One of my levels didn't seem to work when you finished level 3. If you press Shift + E + Space you will open a level select screen. You'll be able to get to Level 4 from there.

I did, it was raining for too long and farmer Joe decided it should stop. So he goes onto the clouds and stops it, therefore, it is about rain.
