Thanks for playing and rating! ❤️

Saw it on Kyle's stream and I had to give it a try. An hour later - I finished it. Had a blast playing it! Amazing work. The graphics and music are really good, the gameplay is so addictive. I almost thought I'm gonna lose, but turns out x2+x2+90% off gives you.... well over 100% off. That means it PAYS YOU to buy the upgrades. Lmao! Once again, amazing. One of my favourites. Huge shoutout from one polish guy to another! Good job

Ayy! The gameplay gimmick and overall themed idea is amazing, it could use better UI elements etc but overall it's very enjoyable and it kept me playing for a while! Great one, congrats.

Thank you! Difficulty settings, including differend size grids and various speed settings is something I'll work on in future builds. I enjoyed my time creating this game jam version and I'm seriously considering polishing it later

Glad you enjoyed it! I gotta keep working on it after the jam, wasn't proud of this game at first but now I'm happy people are hyping the idea up and I might try to polish it. Thanks!

MY NEW FAVOURITE ONE. It's crazy you managed to create it in 7 days. It's one of the most creative indie horror games I've ever played and it has crazy amounts of potential for a popular youtuber to play it or something. The graphics and sound design are CRAZY GOOD. I love the art direction and it adds a lot of creepy factor. My best score after around 30 minutes spent in this game was 3 keys, something always got me on that last one. "Speak no evil" is probably my favourite one of these three, it's so stressful listening for that sound cue and turning around to see it right behind you! "See no evil" was pretty easy for me to avoid honestly, I've barely encountered it at all, maybe thanks to just moving fast most of the time. "Hear no evil" however... this one is tough. Hard to get him off your tail and he always catches up to me when I'm cranking a box. ANYWAY! This is the best game I've played during this jam so far. AMAZING. Huuuuge potential to go viral, you have to try to get someone to play it on stream or on youtube or something. CONGRATS!!! I followed and I'm looking forward to any of your future projects. And I hope you polish this one, maybe balance out the difficulty, add a bigger map with more POIs.

I enjoyed the idea, but the physics and hitboxes are very glitchy. I'd like to see it developed further, with better assets, more content etc. Still a nice experience, good prototype for something that could be cool in the future.

I love the idea and gameplay loop, but it's too easy to cheez right now. I'd suggest blocking the ability to shoot and use the cauldron at the same time to add some stressful management elements etc. Also the spells are poorly balanced - fire is useless, lightning has too big fire rate and spread so you can just stand on top of the cauldron and hold it. Bomb shouldn't go through the cauldron and/or should damage it when it blows up next to it. Other than these balance issues, the gameplay loop is super enjoyable as I already said and I'd love to see it polished even more, with more enemy variety, spells, maybe some upgrades and levels - vampire survivors style - pick one of three after leveling up or something. Congrats! One of my favourites so far. And the music is very nice.

Thanks for playing! I've added a cheat code, you can press "c" to get instant credits on settings screen and try out the upgrades. A lot of players have been suggesting making the game faster, which I agree with and if I continue working on this game, I will try out balancing the game speed and other factors to polish the difficulty and maybe add other game modes and difficulty levels. The specific piece speed increase over time is a great idea, maybe a force hard drop after a couple of seconds? I'll definitely think about it as well. Thank you for the feedback!

Thanks for posting your games, I didn't play every one yet but I will try to later today/tomorrow! Please consider trying out and rating my game as well ;)

You're right, it starts off pretty slow. It obviously speeds up over time, but in it's current form I couldn't think of a way to make it balanced other than just making it this darn slow at the beginning to not overwhelm people giving it a try. I'm considering working on it later, and difficulty settings is one of my top priorities. Thanks for the feedback!

I'm so happy you like it that much! I wasn't proud of it when I released it, but yall guys really make me glad I finished my entry. Thanks!

Thanks! I do want to develop it further in the future. More game modes, difficulties, upgrades, better assets posibly. Post processing like bloom etc (something like the effects in your game)  is something I've thought about but forgot to implement it in this build. Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you! I'm happy you liked the idea. Definitely needs some polishing, I'll probably keep working on it.

Tetris with a "spin",  haha!

Thanks! Glad you liked it.

I really enjoyed the idea... I'm just terrible at spelling games like these. I like the simple funny hand painted graphics as well. It's definitely a good entry in the jam with a very unique theme gimmick, just not my cup of tea. It also has problems with recognizing some definitely existing words, which made me lose. Still, deserves a high rating. Good job!

You don't know Iron Lung? Woah.

The movie is based on a horror game with the same name actually, and the game is all about navigating a submarine in a deep underwater (or actually, blood filled) cave. The submarine doesn't have any windows, only a camera that can take one picture every 30 seconds or so, and after some time you see proof on one of the pictures that you're not alone and you have to be very careful with the navigation. The core idea of using very janky controls to navigate a submarine while being able only to see snapshots of the environment and not real time view is pretty much the same in your game as it is in Iron Lung. Definitely check it out! Kinda creepy how close you got to the idea of Iron Lung without knowing anything about it.

The game is fun, but more as a proof of concept than anything worthwhile right now. I admire the simple graphics and how well it connects with cool post processing, particle effects and special effects. The balance is very much off, after just one minute you're unstoppable. Could use more enemy variety, more upgrades, slower progress, more gameplay mechanics overall. Would be nice to see a timer or points system to know how well you're actually doing and to give it some kind of goal. Anyway a fun tiny game that could become something more if enough time is spent into developing it further and polishing it. Congrats!

Definitely the best game I've played so far in this game jam. Amazing sound, graphics, gameplay design. Clearly inspired by Iron Lung, but with it's own... "spin"... lol. Nah, I'm serious though, it's incredible and I wanna se a full version of it. My favourite definitely. I am a big fan of the unique mechanics and creepy climate.

The UI and graphics can be a bit hard to read, but all the other elements of this game carry it. It's quite fun and seems deep and detailed based on the couple minutes I've gave it. Not really my cup of tea but I see the vision and it's worth polishing and developing further. Congrats and good luck!

It looks, sounds and feels great - when it works. When the car controller breaks, it gets frustrating. Still - it's super fun to play.

This NEEDS more plays and ratings. Assets and sounds are decent, but the gameplay gimmick and story idea are incredible. It's a bit janky, but still one of the most enjoyable games I've tried in this jam. Congrats!

Hi, I've been playing and rating a lot of games in this jam over the last days and I'm getting bored of random picks and the same couple highly popular entries on the submissions page that I've already rated.  I wanna find some fresh ideas and help them.

If you've created a cool entry and haven't gotten many plays and ratings yet, post a link to your game here and I'll rate it. If you've got free time, consider checking out my game as well!

I do like the idea, in fact, a puzzle game with lockpicking mechanics was one of my first prototypes for my own entry in this jam. The gimmick is great! However, there are problems with animations and programming that take away a bit from the experience. I didn't manage to finish it, but I did enjoy my time with it.

Interesting to see the same idea as my game, with pretty much the same name, but a slightly different gameplay gimmick. I gotta say, I absolutely love the graphics, post processing effects and the sound design. The gameplay idea and theme even is realized better than it is in my game. However I find it to be just too difficult, but maybe it's a skill issue. It's hard for me to imagine how the upcoming blocks in the queue actually look like on the game arena and how to place them effectively. Other than that, it's one of the best games I've played during this jam. Congratulations!

Thanks for playing! You... do like the sound design?  Lol these sounds and background music were so bad I considered if I even wanna add them at all. Anyway thank you once again for these nice words!

Happy to see that you liked the idea! I am thinking about developing it further when the jam ends based on the feedback from yall, One of the ideas I have is more play styles, game modes, run settings. Changing the map size, adding difficulty/speed settings etc. Thanks for playing!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks

Oh that makes sense! Sorry that I've missed it. Might have to give the game another chance later when I get back from work.

I like the music, the assets (even though they're not consistent and don't fit that well) and the base gameplay idea, but it has it's problems with how it's programmed sadly. Here are some ideas on how you could improve it:

- Add more music tracks or make the music play all the time, even in menu, looping over and over instead of ending when level ends and starting again when you enter the next level. Gets tiring hearing the same beginning of the song over and over.
- Polish the UI. It's difficult on the eyes.
- Maybe add "next level" and "level select" buttons? Don't send the player to the main menu every time they beat a level.
- Make the ball sprite actually spin, give it better physics.
- Tweak the rotation speed, maybe add a little fade in and fade out when pressing and releasing left/right so it's not that instant.

But yeah, the idea is there and it's nice. Congrats!

It's creative and funny, but lacks... stuff. Overall. I'd add a points and high score system, maybe some basic animations, retry screen etc. And the assets need a whole lotta work.

I can totally see the serious vision behind it. But come on, I can't really rate it high when I've seen so many actually great games here already with probably more to come. It's creative and funny, but that's about it.

I love the idea and drifting physics! This is a great base for possibly an amazing arcade vehicular combat game, something like carmageddon, twisted metal etc.

Really, I adore this concept so much. I didn't finish it as I sadly had no idea how to replenish boost/spin meter, but it's still one of the best games I've played during this jam.

I had a terribly hard start with this game, clueless how anything works for the first couple minutes. Then I discovered the secret "2" dev tool that just gives you an instant win. After some time though, I started getting the hang of all the mechanics and I gotta say...

I absolutely love some of these gameplay mechanics. They are so interesting and innovative. The art is decent and the music is fun, but what this game lacks is more direction and maybe a tutorial. It's tough to understand anything at first, may be even tougher for others and they might drop the game sooner and give it a terrible score. I enjoyed the idea though! Congrats.

Edit: Oh, and i love the title. Lmao

As some people already said, the game definitely needs a tutorial or at least some explanation in the description. First couple runs I didn't even realize you can move - maybe I'm just dumb, buf for some reason I thought it's a defend-the-campsite type of game where you only aim and throw the potions. It  could use some animations and sound effects or background music. The UI needs work, so does the sprite consistency - they look nice, but blend too much in some scenarios and stand out too much in other. Hard on the eyes. The game window could be bigger as well, for some reason I can't fullscreen this game and it's so tiny! Anyway the gameplay idea is very cool, but I still don't get where's the theme used. Congrats on finishing your first game jam!

Thanks! I've been getting surprisingly a lot of positive feedback and people wanting something more out of this gameplay gimmick. I'm thinking about trying to polish it and develop further when the jam ends.

Thank you!

AMAZING. I love the idea and the gameplay loop. This is such a fun game that could definitely be made into something even more amazing. Congratulations!

I really enjoy the idea and gameplay loop, but it needs a LOT of polishing. Physics, graphics (consistency in sprite placing and scaling), audio need a lot of work. The bumpiness of the circle is annoying, and together with the bounciness of the ball, it's unresponsive and unreliable. All things considered a great idea and nice base for something that could become a fun game, congrats on finishing the game!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
