If you can find a way for the game to break the 4th wall in some way then I don't see a reason why tabletop games wouldn't be allowed.

Your example is fine. You may make a game like that because it would still tell a story somehow.

You can use whatever game engine you want, for as long as you still make a visual novel. Also it would be fine to include combat and other such elements in the game.

No problem! The story is pretty short and the entire game takes maybe about 10 minues (with finding the secrets).

I'm not a good writer. I lack the creativity to create a world using words, but what I can do is programm that world and create a whole game based on what you write.

I have a general idea of what the prompt of the story is, but of course if you (the writer) thinks that we could create something better then we'll do as you suggest.
