for this game I had just lowered the game’s resolution to 360x240
If you are also using gdevelop I would also recommend looking at dithering3D extension as an alternative, which ever one you think looks better you can decide.
This was a very cute game, I was a bit confused at first but I also didn't read the whole book the first time so my bad. overall it's a very neat entry, I think it could use a little more polish and a more recipes in the book but for what it is this was very fun and unique. also yeah the art is very nice
This was pretty cool, the visuals look real nice (sure you haven't heard that a million times), the audio and solid and use of the theme is clear
I think the UI could be cleaned up a bit more but I mean that's a very small issue. overall this was really well made good job!
also I have learned that I may suck at rock paper scissors.
I think the idea is pretty cool and the visuals, especially for the monster look great
I feel like I don't really need to judge it to much because it's unfinished, not much I could say that you probably don't already know but I would say definitely keep working on this I think it has a lot of potential.
(also the audio is nice, I feel like most people don't comment on the sounds)
This is probably my favorite use of the theme so far. I really like the visuals and overall mood this game sets. Also I don't know why the menus are so well made and polished but I'll give you props for that. Overall this is a really well made entry, I wish it was browser so more people could have the chance to try it out.
this was alright, I think the idea is solid and the gameplay is okay. The art works and while I wish there were sound effects the music is still pretty good. I feel like the game just lacks polish in a lot of places mainly with the movement but I mean it is a jam so this is still impressive for the time frame.
The 2 biggest things I would focus on improving is the player movement (just quality of life things like strafing instead of pressing up then pressing left or right) and more enemy variety (to have weapons feel more unique as for example the staff could hit certain types of enemies for more damage, also to just provide more of a challenge as the game goes on)
I really like the concept and use of optical illusions level design but not only is the mana drain to harsh but also a lot of the gameplay is just me standing still because the enemies can't aim. I can't say I had a whole ton of fun with it but I think the art and audio are solid and I do really like the creativity just think the execution could be better.
This game was a ton of fun, I really like the art and audio and the the combat was a lot of fun. I do feel like the shop felt a bit uninteresting because I always felt like I needed to buy potions and I think the goblins were a little to strong but even then this game was a really fun and well made.
This was neat, I liked the mechanics of the game and it was fun overall. I did encounter a bug that softlocked me twice with the blue loopand but nonetheless I think the gameplay is decent and the art is pretty, I think the audio could be improved but for a game jam it's solid. pretty fun entry throughout.
