Hi again. It has been 2 weeks since I opened my support ticket (ID: 377029), and I haven't received a response yet. I am really trying to fix this situation and would appreciate your advice.

Here is what happened:

1. My first game "Night Route" was doing well and had around 1,000 downloads. But right after I made a small text edit on the page (without changing any game files), it completely disappeared from the search results.
2. My second game "The Last Parcel" is still not indexed, even though I am doing my best to bring in external traffic and promote it.
3. I have just released my third project, "Leave the Post", and I am concerned it might face the same indexing issue.

All of my projects strictly follow the itch.io guidelines: they are public, have proper files, custom covers, correct tags, and no adult content. Everything is fully compliant.

Could you please advise if there is anything else I should do or change on my end to fix this? If possible, could you please ping the admins about my ticket (ID: 377029) so they can check it?

I have already submitted a support ticket through itch.io/support about a week ago (Ticket ID: 377029). If you could pass this ticket ID along to the admins when you have a moment, I would be incredibly grateful.

I am having an issue with the search indexing for my two projects, and I would appreciate your guidance. 

I have already carefully read the official documentation regarding getting indexed (https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed), verified all baseline requirements (both games are Public, have files uploaded, custom cover images, and no NSFW content), but I still have a question regarding their status.

1. My first game "Night Route" (https://hardstar.itch.io/nightroute) was indexed and doing fine, but it completely disappeared from the search results right after I made some metadata changes on the project page and clicked save.

2. My second game "The Last Parcel" (https://hardstar.itch.io/thelastparcel) was published recently, but it is currently not indexed and doesn't appear in search or the recent games tab at all. 

Both pages are fully functional via direct links, and files are available for download. Could anyone or a moderator please look into this or help me understand if my account triggered an internal review flag after these page updates?
