This is such an original idea! If you made someway to pull the mushrooms and fixed the hitboxes a little then this could become a full game. Very cool concept and good art

The art is really nice and I LOVE the walk animation :))

Fun game! The slow movement of the pig and the time it takes to dig up each spot made the game both relaxing and suspenseful. Plus I liked the birds :)

Really good gameplay loop and attacking with the fish is fun. Good sound effect too :)

Man this is so sick. The amount of juice that oozes from this game is incredible. Super polished and super fun.

I am the coolest fish. This was actually one of my favourite experiences with a video game in a long time, the fact you managed to make this in a week makes me so jealous. This is the type of stuff I want to make. It's perfect.

I really wish you had more time to work on this because the movement is so cool and the visuals are insane. For a couple hours this is really impressive!

Thank you so much! Yeah im aware of that bug but just couldn't be bothered to spend time on it haha. I'm glad the pathfinding worked well too as that was definitely the most stressful part lol

Just updated the build to be force windowed mode which should solve the problem for now.

FOR ANYONE THAT HAD ISSUES WITH THE GUN, I've forced the game into 720p windowed mode to hopefully resolve the problem temporarily until I make a settings menu. Thank you for playing :)

Yeah there is a problem with detecting the centre of screens that arent 1920x1080, ill fix it soon and release a patch

Thanks so much!

Making a game harder doesn't really make it more fun. You can still have the player die when touching the walls but, as there is no way to see if you have a key or not, maybe dont kill the player when touching a door.

This really made me FEEL like Larry Walters

Cool idea but sometimes the gear you need to find just doesnt exist. If the bugs were fixed and some more gear types were added and maybe a penalty for getting it wrong then this could become pretty good!

I like the pixel aesthetic for the character and the swinging is a pretty fun mechanic. Sometimes movement and collisions can be a bit wacky though.

This is so polished I don't even know what to say. Making a game that also serves as a training guide for another game IN A GAME JAM is a big flex. Very nice visuals and all the buttons feels so nice to press

Really chill and fun game. I really liked all the sounds and how the small items stacked up when in the refineries :) very cute

After the first idea i was so excited to play this game only to find out thats it :(( Still, a very unique idea and I would love to see it more developed with more ideas and visuals.

For your first game jam this is really impressive! The movement is interesting and works suprisingly well (jump is almost like having a jetpack). The level design is fun and the robot animations are charming. The few cons i can think of is the camera can be a bit disorienting at times and the background is quite similiar to the walls. Good submission!

Very fun and VERY infuriating! (but i cant stay mad at pibby) Music and visuals are great too. Fly-grappling can be a little finicking sometimes but I guess that adds to the frustration :)

my balloon got so big it consumed me... Good game :)

Thank you for playing!

Thanks for the feedback! I think thats a great idea and will definitely add it for a future patch. The car was one of my favourite things to work on in the game, trying to get it as janky as possible whilst still being fun lol

Thanks! I've always really enjoyed low poly art and all things PS1 so it means a lot that you noticed that!

Thank you! Your game was honestly one of the best gamejam games ive played!

Thank you for playing! The transitions between the modes are there but they could definitely be expanded upon, making it an optional choice might be a good idea for a future patch so thanks for the feedback.

Thank you for the feedback! I'm glad the death noise made you laugh as I was already running out of time to make a big cool explosion so i thought it would be funny :) I'll definitely add that suggestion into the next build of the game too!

Wow thank you so much for the feedback! I definitely plan to add a lot more levels and a few more mechanics in the future. Again, thank you for all the kind words it really motivates me! :)

Thank you! Honestly i had too many ideas for the time frame but i plan to add more after the voting period.

Thank you! I'm aware of the crash at level 10 and only realised right after submitting, but i'll fix it for the next patch.

gg 3050 :) Really cool visuals and the gameplay is buttery smooth. Could be released in a week!

Really good game. The mechanics feel great and the gameplay flows very well. Clean up a few of the bug and optimze a little and you could release this on steam!

What an incredible game. Great visuals and such a high level of polish, I loved all the little squashes and stretches and animations were amazing! Level design is really good and fun. Every time a new area popped up and the music started to play it honestly made me so happy. Definitely my favourite game in the jam so far!

Changed my life

Lots of oomf when hitting enemies makes my brain happy. Lots of juice and addictive gameplay.

I love platformer metroidvanias so this was right up my alley. Great 1bit graphics and the fall damage mechanic is very well done. Great submission!

Its like isometric binding of isaac! Fun combat and some really good art.

Cool mechanic, I like the time-based puzzles too.
