- If you have to "work the theme into the game" to me that says you already made the game and just wanted to make the game fit into the category. The point of game jams is to make a game based around the theme not fit the theme into a game you have already started to plan out.
- I've played many Dark Souls and this game is just as punishing lol xD. Could use some UI improvements but overall a simple and fun concept and I hope to see more from you in the future!

The game is about you trying to save the red. I worked the theme into the game by making the map large.

Very neatly made and fun game for people who like challenges. My anger could never since it's starts back from the beginning. lol I do enjoy check points but this is your game after all. Great work!

It's a little punishing but i like it!!
I like the concept of the dungeon exploring I think it's really cool, one thing I dont like is that touching a wall or a chest you dont have the key for resets you to the start
its so that the game is not easy
Making a game harder doesn't really make it more fun. You can still have the player die when touching the walls but, as there is no way to see if you have a key or not, maybe dont kill the player when touching a door.
I will make an UI that says if you have a key. I will update you on when that happens
