Toon boat is great, but personally I'm more of a Boat / Young Boat main.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to finish the game! We hope you enjoyed it.

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. If you are struggling try using upgrades to make your life easier. The game is a bit rough could probably be better balanced and more welcoming to new players. We are glad your enjoyed it nonetheless!

We used this asset as a base for our small game Spawn Quest.

Thank you for sharing your work. It really helped us bring our idea to life!

I'm so impressed with this game, even more so knowing it was made over 72 hours. It oozes personality and charm.

Thank you for taking the time to play it, for the feedback and the support, it means a lot !

Thank you for playing and for the feedback. The map does indeed repeat on itself (it's actually quite small). Do you have any specific pointers on the tricksters ?

Thank you for playing. We are glad you enjoyed it.

Third take on the exit 8 of the Jam. It's interestingto see different interpretations of the same concept done in different ways. I like the effort put into sound design. Having feedback when you advance (the bell) is a good addition. The fact that you have to go so far back when you see an anomaly made it confusing at first.

Cool idea with an interesting game loop. I wish there was a bit of audio feedback to make it more engaging.

Cool idea making a point and click but the fact that there is no feedback at all makes it very confusing.

The concept is very cool and it fits the theme very well but it does feel a bit clunky and it goes too fast. It's a concept deserving of an extended version imo.

I keked on the game's page.  Your cousin’s cousin did a great job.

The homemade sounds were fun, and the core mechanic is actually clever.

It’s also easy to “cheat” a bit with the mouse by leaving it on a mushroom.

Cool game, it reminded me of crossy road. I've seen a few games made on Pico-8 it really makes me want to try it myself. I'm impressed with the "depth effect" (I don't know how to say it better). Would be nice to add a bit of sound or music.

Damn, the bird segment caught me by surprise.

Obviously, it’s short and simple, but you manage to deliver a full “story” with very little.

It actually makes me want to try something more abstract and strange in a future project.

I really like the top-down 3D aesthetic. The game activates my "I have to clear everything before I advance" gamer neurons.

It’s weirdly relaxing as well. I had fun trying it out!

It's a bit confusing, it did make me feel lost and I like the fact that when you reach school the character breaks the 4th wall to speak to you

This is goofy in the best way possible. I was laughing the whole time. At the same time it's not clunky at all and it is fun to do tricks with the squirrel to reach the acorns. I had a good time !

So, same idea as Lost Loop (inspired by The Exit 8), but with a different approach which is super interesting.
I like the eeriness of your take, with the caveat that it might be a bit harder to understand.

Two games in the jam with this idea but with different approaches is very cool to see (I played the xit 8 and I wish I made the conexion to the theme myself). It works well, it's fun and understandable.

I really liked it, it's a smart concept and having diffeent animals doinf different things (like the bear) makes it interesting.

Well done soldier. Keep doing your best if you want to become a citizen

So I got into space ? Does that mean I won ? The game is intruiging and gives you a feeling that there might be something hidden but it's a bit confusing at the moment.

Cool concept that really reminds me of doodle god. I have to agree with other comments that say that the asteroids are mostly annoying though

Very cool, I don't know Pico so I wonder if it's possible to include some mouse controls with it ?

The art and sound work nicely. Once you understande what to do it's a clever concept. I would appreciate it if selecting which plant to use was more clear. Maybe with dedicated controls like someone else suggested.

Thank you for playing and for the feedback. We probably should leave the controls on screen for a bit longer.

Thanks for the support

It’s a simple concept, but very well executed. The gravity switch is pleasant and doesn’t feel janky, and being able to go from one side of the level to the other is nice. I really appreciate the progress animation of the plants (maybe adding sound feedback when a plant is ready to harvest would make it even better?). Also, adding some feedback to signal the timer is running low, and introducing some form of adversity (patrolling enemies? retracting spikes?) could improve it at low production cost.

Cool concept, it's a mechanic that's easy to understand but that deserves a bit of "juice" and more levels to really shine. It would probably work just as well with less polished assets but more time spent on the first two points instead. It makes me want to work on physics based mechanics myself.

I've been reviewing your games for a few jams now, I'm glad to see a familiar name again!
The concept is interesting and reminiscent of Interstellar with the time dilation, but I feel like in this instance, gameplay and story get in the way of each other a bit.

If the little dialogues came as a reward for progressing with the garden, it would create a sense of progression and give me a reason to care for it. That would also align well with the theme: tending the garden might seem insignificant, but it leads to introspection and dialogue with the AI, which actually has value in itself.

I hope this makes sense. It's a cool concept that got me thinking about story-driven experiences
