Good game. Never found many reasons to use the portal function, but still an interesting mechanic to have.  Either way good job!

Good job! Hit a couple of snags with collision, but was able to play through it. Very nice player animations, art, and music!

Very fun arcade style game. Charming art style, and good music and sound. (TBH my first impression for this game was Luigi's Mansion cause of the vacuum mechanic lol)

Once I got the hang of the mechanics, this was a pretty fun game. One thing I thought of was changing the way the guns work, like rotating with the robot, or control with mouse, but maybe that's part of the difficulty factor. Either way good job!

Neat concept! Nice art and music, good job!

Glad you liked it! Definitely will make those more readable!

Yea, when passing this game around to friends, we had some who go it right away and some who couldn't make it pass the 2nd stage (Technically 1st stage, since the 1st screen is supposed to be like a little training area. Will definitely make some edits after voting). I'm glad the game isn't impossible, but definitely could put a stage or two in between the first, to introduce mechanics slowly. I'm glad you liked it and gave some feedback, thanks!

THANK YOU! And don't worry with some practice you'll be setting speed run records in Grappy! :)

Awesome visuals! Clever recreation of Bomberman's mechanics!

2D physics based grapple game, hope ya like it!

Interesting idea, a bit too much multitasking for my brain tho, didn't get too far.

Really fun sandbox game! Favorite part, at some point I was able to ride the shark throughout the level, but couldn't recreate it.

Charming concept and gameplay, really liked the art and music the most (Even with the little "royalty free music" voice every now and then)

Fun gameplay, challenging, but not frustrating. Good music and sound effects. Probably my favorite thing about this game would be the visuals!

Interesting take on the grapple mechanic, with a lot of possibilities to traverse throughout a stage. Simple, but charming art. Good sound, liked the music and surprised to hear sound effects for even the player's steps.

That is definitely one way of handling camera movements. Thinking about the scope of this project early on, I didn't want to spend too much time on the camera controller, so I thought this would be the best way to progress a level and give players time to asses new screens and plan their next move. Perhaps a longer delay would help, either way thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback! Yea, we did notice the issue with using a laptop track pad, but that was pretty far into the jam. We based this off the grapple mechanic used by the character Pathfinder from Apex Legends. I now realize we only mentioned that in the short description of the submissions page, my bad.

Clever way of making a 1D transition. The visuals and sound are what really make this entry shine! Great job!

Awesome recreation of Super Hot (Love that game, best VR experience imo). Art is simple yet very charming. Good sound effects, really like how it slows down along with the time.

Fun take on the hat mechanic from odyessy. Good art direction, liked all the enemy types and their special maneuvers (Tho I did think that the frog's double jump was a wall jump initially). Music was really good, and sound effects were crisp.

Really interesting mechanic, definitely a lot you could do with this kind of concept. Got stuck in the room portion, but figured it out eventually. Nice art direction and good sound effects.
